After minutes of research, it seems like that H3 podcast is basically the Howard Stern show for adults with hand sanitizer clipped to the outside of their backpacks who DoorDash every meal because of their self diagnosed anxiety disorder and teens who have no volume control

cannot properly express how much i loved the cycle. gloomy, gory, phenomenally well paced, and scary as hell. this shit had me sitting up straight in bed for the last 20 minutes. you NEED to go in blind, i promise you’ll be so happy you did. my favorite halloween 2026 release.
Stephen King calls it "The Thing meets The Silence of the Lambs." Don't miss THE CYCLE, premiering Friday on Shudder.

There's a commentary track that said something like "The Reason the show looked good was because Japan refused to cut corners on literally anything. They would air brush the frost on Mr. Freeze's helmet EVERY single frame. They went bankrupt right after"

Seven months ago, there was a big conversation about whether Trump was denying blue states FEMA aid for partisan reasons. Since May, there have been 57 more disaster relief decisions. Requests from blue states are still 2.8x more likely to be rejected than from red states.

A one-stoplight TX town got in bed with ICE for $$ and started pulling over every other car and detaining Hispanics. 10% of the town is gone now, and businesses are struggling. The town cop has to look over his shoulder in public now. propublica.org/article/depor…

This is so achingly obvious, it should be a litmus test for the midterms: Who doesn’t see this as a serious national security liability, and how much did Elon contribute to your campaign?
After Elon Musk posted on X saying he had throttled Ukraine’s use of Starlink after it was used for offensive attacks, House Armed Services Committee member Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) says the billionaire’s ability to wield that power is “beyond disturbing to me.” “It cannot and should not be the case that a tech oligarch, a private citizen, who has that much control over our national security, who is unaccountable, who is unelected, with zero transparency, is making life and death decisions on the battlefield in systems that our service members and our partners and allies rely upon,” he adds.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump DOJ’s has repeatedly insisted it will not tell immigration judges how to rule, as required by law. But after a demand from unidentified “higher-ups,” a veteran judge was ordered to reverse four rulings—then yanked from court mid-hearing. wapo.st/4BuABEM

This account is ruining my life
The scrambled eggs at a hotel breakfast are 19% water, and they're dyed. A lot of hotels and cafeterias pour them from a carton of Papetti's Breakfast Blend. The spec sheet reads whole eggs, 19% water, then under 2% of salt, xanthan gum, citric acid, annatto color and natural butter flavor. Papetti's is part of Michael Foods, one of the biggest egg processors in the country. Every ingredient has a job on a steam table. Xanthan gum holds the added water in the egg so it doesn't weep into the pan. Citric acid keeps the eggs from turning gray or green under a heat lamp. Annatto puts back the yolk color the water washed out. The butter flavor is there because nobody is going to add butter. The carton keeps for 98 days in the cooler. The plain version from the same company is whole eggs, whey, skim milk, xanthan and citric acid, with almost no added water and half the sodium.

"Never before, not even when Trump tried to nullify his defeat by Joe Biden, six years ago, has an American President marshalled the coercive authority of the executive branch to reshape an election for his benefit." My latest: newyorker.com/magazine/2026/…

The writing isn’t on the wall yet…..but this is certainly what the writing on the wall would look like lol
With Texas Senate turnout set to approach presidential levels, it's worth examining 2024 nonvoters. Hispanic voters are streaming into the electorate at remarkable rates, alongside Asian voters. Both groups are expected to favor Talarico and Hinojosa.
