My dad and I filed a federal lawsuit this week, and I want to explain it in my own words. Last September, my varsity team played a match without being told who we would be competing against, and our lawsuit says the adults in charge knew a day ahead of time and kept it from us and from our parents. I believe girls deserve to know the truth before they step into the locker room, and not after. Thank you to everyone who has supported our family, and to Thomas More Law Center for taking our case.

BREAKING: Monroe Public Schools in Michigan just voted 4-2 to PASS a new policy BANNING males from invading female sports and locker rooms. HUGE WIN! Every school district must follow! Boys DO NOT belong in girls' sports.

BREAKING: The parents of Briley Lechner, a HS athlete at Monroe Public Schools in Michigan, filed a FEDERAL LAWSUIT against the district for Title IX violations. The lawsuit claims the district failed to notify parents that the opposing girls’ volleyball team had a male player pretending to be a girl, despite already knowing about the player. Briley’s team ended up LOSING that game 3-0. MALES DO NOT BELONG IN FEMALE SPORTS

Thank you for fighting on behalf of all of our children.
🚨 Woke Alert: A Massachusetts school investigated and decided that a boy that pretending to be a girl taunting, teasing, and finally opening the stall door on Luis Rivera's nine year old daughter was simply "a 9-year-old student opening an unlocked bathroom stall." Luis describes it as voyeuristic, and he has filed a Title IX complaint, put signs on every post in town, and shown up to every school committee meeting since May. This is insane, and he is right to keep fighting.

Dads need to fight back. I’m so grateful that mine did.

Teenage girls are fighting back. Adults in sports leadership should be ashamed!

Great video. We don't co-parent with the government.
DO YOU REMEMBER? I do. Let's not go backwards. In 22 days, you get to decide. DO YOU CO-PARENT WITH THE GOVERNMENT? I don't. and @Riley_Gaines_ does not either!

I was on Fox & Friends this morning and I still can't believe it was real. I got to sit next to Ella Frei - who's been a hero of mine - and thank Sophie Cunningham for standing up for girls like me. Last season I had to compete against a boy, and there was a boy changing in our locker room. When we spoke up, we were told to let it go. So getting to say it out loud this morning meant everything. If you're going through this right now: you're not crazy, and you're not alone.

I want a court to say that Title IX protects ALL girls' sports the way it was written to, and I want to never be forced onto a court against a biological male. I also want any girl in America to be told ahead of time what she is walking into. I stand with Briley.

Our daughters should never have to stand alone while the adults entrusted to protect them stay silent.

I was told: "Girls won't sue." Apparently they do! ✅ Anybody who thinks girls will meekly accept being violated by having a boy in their sport and locker room knows nothing about the female athlete mentality. Keep fighting back ladies! Stay strong @BrileyLechner ! 🥊💥 #SaveWomensSports

If you play a girls' sport anywhere, I think you deserve to know who you are competing against and who is sharing your locker room. If nobody tells you, you are allowed to ask, and you are allowed to keep asking until somebody answers. Way to go Briley!

Sophie Cunningham at her alma mater Missouri wearing a cap with one word stamped across the front: "WOMAN." On the side, another message reads, "No Cis, just ..." This is why we love her.

Such a special night at the America 250 Lincoln-Reagan Gala in Monroe! I got to spend time talking with @Riley_Gaines_, and @RepWalberg presented me with the Courageous Voice Award for standing up for female athletes. I'm so grateful, and I'm not done speaking up for girls. 🇺🇸 #SaveWomensSports

Riley Gaines lost a round. Not the fight. A Biden-appointed judge tossed her NCAA lawsuit on a technicality: the NCAA doesn’t take federal money, so Title IX doesn’t apply. No ruling on whether a male swimmer in the women’s championship was discrimination. @Riley_Gaines_ is appealing. “This momentary setback will not deter me.” Every mom in the bleachers knows why. Fight, fight, fight. We have your back, Riley!

Riley Gaines is hoping her lawsuit against the NCAA can eventually reach the U.S. Supreme Court after a federal judge dismissed the case this week. "There is light at the end of the tunnel. There is some optimism thinking forward about this case."

She Lost to a Boy. Now She's Fighting Back @KKotzmacher had one goal her senior year: make the Minnesota state softball tournament and play alongside her little sister. White Bear Lake made it as underdogs, and then their season ended in a 3-2 loss to a team with a biological male on the mound. That team went on to win the girls' state championship. Kendall cried in her sister's arms that day. Then she found her voice. She has spoken out in Washington, D.C., written for Fox News, signed an NIL deal with XX-XY Athletics, and stood outside WNBA arenas for women's sports. At one rally in Minneapolis, a counterprotester with a megaphone told her she should've been aborted. She didn't back down. Now playing college softball at Colorado Christian University, Kendall joins Scarlett Johnson to talk about the game that changed her life, what girls are told to accept, and why she refuses to stay quiet.

Tuesday the Trump administration took Joe Biden's Title IX rewrite and threw it in the dustbin of history where it belongs. When I texted @EllaFrei17 and her mom Heidi the good news, they sent me something back: a message Ella recorded for the President, straight from her heart. I just got around to opening it, and wow. This sweet kid blew away. I'm not keeping this one to myself. Her school board wouldn't protect her. President Trump did. He takes a lot of heat, so I really want him to hear something GOOD. @POTUS @WhiteHouse @EDSecMcMahon
