@USPSHelp I have a piece of mail that has come to Richmond VA 2x, been "out for delivery" but never made it to my place; since not being delivered it's traveled to 2 more cities.

What is happening w the #USPS ? I had a package "out for delivery" on the 19TH in Richmond VA and since then it has gone to Thornburg VA(where?) has come back to 2 different places in Richmond VA and now has traveled to NORFOLK VA #wtf
