A strict standing ab wheel is an elite core standard most people in commercial gyms can't do, she's doing it on gravel in flip flops, almost UNBELIEVABLE!
What's one popular exercise you think gets more credit than it deserves?
Not an exercise you can't do. One you genuinely don't rate that highly.

Some people don't have a slow metabolism. They just underestimate how much they eat.
The snacks, sugary drinks, weekend takeout, and random bites throughout the day all count.
You can work out 5 days a week and still gain fat if you're consistently eating more calories than you burn.
Your gym membership can't negotiate with your calorie intake.

Has anyone else noticed that the more consistent you get with the gym, the less you want to go out drinking?
Most gym-goers still can't do a clean Nordic curl, this guy is grinding toward one by subtracting fingers under a piece of furniture babysitting
This is how you build big hamstrings at home. No equipment needed. Just kneel on a pillow and hook your feet under a piece of heavy furniture. Put additional weight on it if necessary.
Building up to a proper Nordic curl without any arm assistance will take a long time, so I recommend the following progression:
At first, use your full palms to push yourself off the floor. Once that becomes easy, push with just your fingertips. Then, start subtracting fingers one by one. The fewer fingers you use, the less your arms will be able to help.
I'm currently down to using just my thumbs, and feel I'm getting close to getting my first unassisted Nordic curl.
For fast progress, do four sets of ten reps every other day. Use your arms only as much as you need to help you complete the movement. The last reps should be hard and slow ("grinders").
Final note: You can also do this exercise by having a training partner hold your ankles down or sit on your heels, but I don't recommend this, as that makes you dependent on another person for your training, and that will mess with your consistency.

This is me and my family at Cape Coral this past summer.
When I take family trips, I want to spend as much time as I can with the people I love.
But at the same time, I need to stay on top of my fitness game.
Instead of taking 2 hours, finding a gym, getting to the gym, getting a workout in, etc, I have another plan.
I do a short, 30 minute bodyweight circuit - 4-5 exercises done in a row with short rest periods, then I repeat the circuit 4-5 times.
This does a few things. It allows my body a break from the non-stop heavy lifting. It gets me sweaty, and my endorphins going. And it gives me a great pump to start the day.
I get this done before my family wakes up, so I can focus my time and energy on them.
I created a guide for clients on exactly how I do this - what exercises I use, how to set up each workout, with videos for every exercise.
There's 54 different options for you so you never get bored.
If you prefer to train at home without weights, need a vacation option, or you just want this guide in case you can't make it to the gym, grab it free in the next tweet.
