Imagine what you could build if you stopped starting over every few weeks.

Is there any real benefit to doing lat pulldowns one arm at a time, or is using both arms together just as effective for lat growth?
A bit of unilateral lats work today

Jay Cutler’s genetics and gear stack allowed him to recover from this. If a natural lifter does this, they’re just frying their CNS for zero gains.
Jay cutler wasn’t just using progressive overload on squats. In this clip, he’s using descending-load training, starting heavy, then removing a plate from each side after every set and continuing until the bar is almost empty. This technique is commonly known as a stripping. Always challenge your muscle.

You can tell who skips leg day by how confidently they wear oversized trousers.

Knuckle push up is the best push up to help develop core stability, build upper body strength, improves endurance, and the best fist power. I remember when I could easily smash 60, I’m becoming lazy. SMH.

Some gym bros consume 200g of protein daily but still train with the same weights for 1 month Protein cannot save a lazy training program. 💀

Therapy looks different for everyone. Mine involves squats, heavy sets, and legs that barely work afterwards.

IMO, the bare minimum should be 30 clean reps. I just hit 40 this morning; it’s been a while since I did pushups.
How many push ups should a grown man be able to do? Bare minimum.

This upside-down gravity fight is useless bro. You’re just dangling there fighting gravity with zero progressive overload. Ain’t building real strength or size with that. regular overhead press smokes this every time.
