I would especially like to thank the Olive Roots Collective (follow them on IG @olvierootscollective) who raised £400 at an event celebrating Palestinian literature, complete with traditional home-cooked Palestinian food.
Recently they sent me videos of them enjoying the seas. Any moments of joy they experience are short and fleeting but their hope remains.
They left and a few moments later, witnessed their home being struck AGAIN. Minutes after they left. It could have been them. They are always being watched. Always in danger. Nowhere is safe. They are constantly on the move.
