⚡️JUST IN: OpenAI is offering security tools and $1 BILLION in subsidized AI access amid the GLOBAL PHP security crisis.
Under its "Patch the Planet" initiative, OpenAI has released a PHP vulnerability checker and plans to launch a Codex skill to help websites identify and fix security risks.
The company worked with PHP developers, Wiz and Cloudflare for TWO MONTHS to prepare protections, warning that AI could also help hackers develop exploits much FASTER.
🚨ALARMING: Up to 70% of the world's websites could be at RISK after AI researchers uncovered PHP2Shell, a CRITICAL security flaw in PHP, per WSJ.
The vulnerability could allow hackers to hijack unpatched servers, steal sensitive information and launch attacks against website visitors.
PHP is widely used by WordPress, government portals and e-commerce websites.
Two reported vulnerabilities carry a SEVERE 9.2/10 rating and could allow attackers to remotely execute malicious code without authentication.
The latest developments:
🇫🇮 FINLAND: Shuts down state internet services over the security flaws.
🇳🇱 NETHERLANDS: National cybersecurity agency takes its website offline.
🇫🇷 FRANCE: Temporarily shuts down prefecture websites pending security fixes.
CLOUDFLARE ($NET): Reports early attacks and says protective changes are LIVE.
Emergency patches were released a DAY EARLY after vulnerability details leaked.
EU cybersecurity officials are urging IMMEDIATE patching and advising operators to take vulnerable sites offline if fixes cannot be applied.
The biggest concern is that AI could accelerate the development of exploits, potentially allowing hackers to weaponize the vulnerabilities before millions of websites can be secured.

Stop blaming the ATM.
I know most of you don’t care about the cash economy but I’m telling you if they successfully ban cash, and that’s the war we are in, then they’ve already got a digital dollar.
No CBDC needed.
Keep cash alive.

Excuse me @georgecursor but bitcoin ATM’s absolutely sell real bitcoin. Most of them require the BTC to be sent directly into a non custodial wallet.
I’m sorry this woman was scammed but where’s the part that blames the FCC for allowing the phone calls in which she was led to the machine or the accountability for the bank who gave her 45k in cash? Or, I don’t know, the accountability for the scammer himself?
Your AI agent can move money. Give it a checkpoint.
ByteVerify: live face-to-ID checks for $2 via x402. No account needed. Scans and ID images deleted and ephemeral.

This is why we built ByteVerify.
Agents can verify humans, humans can verify themselves for their agents.
Built on x402.
Bot detection & human verification will be one of the most urgent demands for businesses over the coming years. Agent swarms will suffocate every website and form; small companies and government websites are most vulnerable.
There is a huge gap in the market for this right now. When we looked at what offerings were in the market to use at X, there was not a single company that brought together all the latest technologies so we had to do it all in-house.

Every mom in the dairy aisle has done this math.
Nobody ever told her the money changed.

Awesome, now stop blaming the payment rails and start kyc on all telecoms and their service providers. These people that were kicked off will pay $100 and jump right back in...so stupid
Finally.
FCC Cuts Off Providers for Violating Robocall Rules
“Today’s action pushes more than a dozen providers off of U.S. networks…
The FCC continues to attack the problem of illegal robocalls at every point along the call path.”- Chairman @BrendanCarrFCC fcc.gov/document/fcc-cuts-pr…
Cash is a human right.
It took me longer to understand the dollar than Bitcoin.
We wanted you to understand Bitcoin so you could hold it in self-custody.
The FIC never wanted you to understand the dollar so you would keep it in their custody.
Your dollars in the bank are their liability.
Cash is the dollar in self-custody.
Now watch how hard they work to get rid of cash and replace it with stablecoins & CBDCs.
Some states are focused on making it illegal for their residents to buy bitcoin with their hard earned cash.
But we are a fully licensed MSB and we won’t stop fighting.
This is still the United States of America.
