Intern’s Personal Notes Hello, this is FragChad, intern at @fragmetric. In light of @sangdotsol posting his sincere thoughts along with the Community Round announcement, I thought it would be fitting to share my perspective too, as someone who’s seen the community grow from Day 1. I joined Fragmetric in early August 2024, which was also my first time meeting Sang. As a web3 enjoyer who took some losses last cycle, I was hesitant about stepping into this space as a builder. But Sang’s honest conviction and his vision to build something meaningful for both the ecosystem and community were what made me fully commit. From Day 1, I understood that Fragmetric was focused on building something that would last and scale the network. That meant three things: good tech, good community, good product. The philosophy was always “Community First”, even before there was a community. The value Fragmetric places on its community (whether it’s one SANG or one million) has never changed and will continue to drive the project forward. When I joined, I had one goal in mind: to build a great community. I wanted to be the bridge between the project and the user. Every action I took aligned with that goal. As a user, I knew how frustrating it was when projects didn’t communicate. It often felt helpless trying to get support, and I wanted to prevent that. I saw this community grow. With this community, I was able to converse with users worldwide, met SANGs from different backgrounds, and really create strong sense of belonging.  At the same time, Fragmetric kept accelerating: more products, more utility, more partnerships. My priorities naturally expanded alongside that growth. And it was exhilarating to see a project that I believed really materialise. This momentum made me want to take up more responsibilities to further accelerate this banger of a project.  The past few months have been hectic, and somewhere along the way, I lost focus of my fundamentals. While reading Sang’s article, it gave me time to rewind and really reflect about what I was building for. At the core of it all, Chad is here for the community. I’ll keep working to strengthen the bridge between the project and the people who make it what it is. Chad back to Day 1. STEM.
