It's easy to get overwhelmed by fear and doubt. It's also easy to be bearish when prices are down.
Personally, I prefer to focus on what I'm bullish on more often than not. And I'm bullish on Solana. Thesis:
@defidevcorp
• Smartest SOL DAT goats.
• Knows how to grow SPS, and the team is just full of high-IQ bulls(@TheOtherParker_ ).
• They also move heavy; action shows with IRL events (see SOLID).
@jito
• Jito and Solana are synonymous.
• Cracked minds accelerating infra space.
• Just look at their track record (BAM, MEV, restaking).
• Also one of the spearheads for onboarding institutions to SOL.
@fragmetric
• One of the highest staked APYs.
• Figurehead of restaking.
• Also will manage a SOL DAT.
• TVL dropped from ATH but not the end. Catalyst hits, it rises.
@MetaDAOProject
• I have always been a futard.
• Personally do think there's nothing more honest than the market.
• They got a solid understanding of what an ideal ICO is.
•Also, founder @metaproph3t got a cool mask. Bullish.
@switchboardxyz
• Have you seen the speed and precision of their oracles?
• @DoctorBlocks and devs cooking the backbone for dapps.
• Also, if the agent economy thrives, bet Switchboard had a hand.
@ExponentFinance / @RateX_Dex
• Only place to see both degen farmers and institutional players eating at the same table (albeit opposite sides).
• Yield trading is for sure lucrative if done right.
• Fixed yields bring predictability to a speculative market.
@MagicEden
• Best UX for NFTs, and team is non-stop shipping.
• Got gamification of NFTs with pack openings.
• 15% NFT buybacks show their commitment to support the ecosystem.
@hylo_so
• Sophisticated leverage engine.
• Appreciate how they brought liquidation-less leverage to SOL.
• Also high-APY yield-bearing stablecoin and good point-farming system in place.
• @retiredchaddev bullish. Check out his post on how the Hylo engine works.
@ore
• Solana-native store of value, unique token model, and anyone can mine.
• Always fun to see gamification of existing systems.
• Got a hardhat from last bp(thx @HardhatChad).
• Be a minORE, stakORE, enjoyORE.
@jup_portfolio @jup_mobile
• I think my life got multitudes easier after their app and Portfolio came out.
• Easy to track my assets, DeFi positions, and swaps. UX is key and their app nailed it.
• Meow.
@encifherio
• One of the more interesting projects I've seen in a while.
• Privacy is a right, and they're expanding that right to Solana.
• Encrypted wrapped tokens for DeFi and trading. Hell yeah. Zolana.
This list can be endless, and the motive was not to mindlessly shill, but more so to look at the big picture, and share the obvious that may be missed:
@solana is looking good here.
Touch grass, get hydrated, and enjoy the rest of your day.

NEWS: @xStocksFi is expanding beyond U.S. stocks and ETFs to bring tokenized Hong Kong, U.K., South Korean, European, and other global equities onchain.
@Solana currently accounts for around 96% of tokenized stock trading volume, making it the primary venue for xStocks.
how to master defi
- get an understanding of how solana works (high throughput, low fees, account model vs ethereum's)
- set up a solana wallet (@phantom , @Backpack , @solflare , @jup_mobile. your choice), fund it with sol
- do basic swaps with aggregators like @Titan_Exchange /@JupiterExchange
- ask yourself how it works under the hood. try to answer
- learn defi basics from x, youtube, or discord.
- learn on-chain analysis with @Orb_Markets
- study AMMs (@Raydium CPMM, @orca_so CLMM, @MeteoraAG DLMM), liquidity provisioning, impermanent loss, concentrated liquidity mechanics
- study lending (@jup_lend, @kamino)
- start farming incentives on LPs or lending positions
- study tokenomics. at some point research futarchy(@MetaDAOProject)
- study smart contract / program risks.
- learn priority fees, compute unit limits, slippage on high-vol pools, oracle risks, jito bundles/MEV landscape
- understand wrapped assets and risks
- understand narratives, capital rotation, and solana meta (memecoins, defi summer, perps, restaking/liquid staking, whatever is next)
- learn how to do proper risk-reward assessment and get really good at DYOR
- start deploying real capital in defi. diversify across vaults, lending, perps, liquid staking (@jito, @sanctumso)
- start reading blogs and x threads everyday. I personally like @Helius blogs
- ask smart people or LLMs hard questions on defi. use claude
learning the fundamentals is the best thing you can do in a bad market. but choose @solana
good luck

From all of us at Fragmetric, we wish you a happy and healthy New Year 🎉
Here’s a recap of 2025 and what’s next 🌅
▶️ What happened in 2025 at Fragmetric?
1. Delivering top-tier yields:
• fragSOL (7–9% APY), fragBTC (2–4% APY)
2. Onboarded a variety of LSTs to (Re)staking
• mSOL, BNSOL, bbSOL, RoXSOL, dfdvSOL, JUPSOL, sfSOL, dzSOL
3. Uniquely supporting all three NCNs
• TipRouter, Switchboard, and Ping Network
4. Trusted SOL yield, used by institutions
• Including our investor RockawayX, the first public Solana DAT DeFi Development Corp. (NASDAQ:DFDV), and high-performance infra provider Staking Facilities.
5. Introduced Solana’s first yield-bearing BTC: fragBTC
• Teamed up with Solv Protocol to launch fragBTC, offering 2-4% BTC-denominated yields.
6. Announced the FRAG token
▶️ What's next?
+ Ongoing token buybacks and enhanced utility
+ More LST and NCN onboardings
+ Full UI/UX overhaul and rebranding
Post-TGE, the market tested us hard. Gaps in communication and the subsequent loss of community support led to a downturn unlike anything we had experienced before.
Yet one fact remains clear: fragSOL never wavered, continuing to outperform the pack with unmatched yields and deep integrations across DeFi. That strength now serves as the foundation for our next phase of evolution.
We are now channeling that strength into a decisive transition. Through a comprehensive rebrand centered on institutional-grade usability, we are building a smoother, more refined, and enterprise-ready experience.
Preparation to onboard the next wave of serious participants is already underway, and as we enter the new year, we are more focused and better prepared than ever.
Finally, thank you to everyone who staked with us, believed in us, and helped make this past year truly unforgettable.🫡

Here's October key highlights and SWTCH exposure methods:

Method 3: YT-fragSOL
• YT-fragSOL captures the future staking rewards from fragSOL.
• Holding YT provides leveraged yield in exchange for utilizing the principal (underlying SOL).
• Available on @RateX_Dex and @ExponentFinance .
• Currently on Exponent, 1 fragSOL = 46 YT-fragSOL, meaning you will earn the APY & Points of ~46 SOL deposited into fragSOL until 12 Feb 2026.
• If yield trading is new to you, check this primer: teapawt.org/FragChad/status/189463…

Yield Trading on Solana: A Beginner’s Guide
(TL;DR at end)
The benefit of LRTs is that they can be utilized in DeFi platforms to earn additional rewards. One such method is trading the yield of yield-bearing assets like fragSOL and fragJTO. But it might look like rocket science at first.
Yield trading lets users separate future yield from principal assets and trade them individually.
(Different platforms may have slight differences in inner-mechanics and token names, but the underlying process is more or less the same.)
Generally, these yield exchange protocols split assets like fragSOL into two parts:
the principal (fixed value) and the yield (staking rewards++).
This unlocks new ways to optimize returns using DeFi strategies.
When you trade yield on Exponent, there are three key components:
• LYT (Liquid Yield Token) – The original asset before being split, such as fragSOL.
• YT (Yield Share Token) – Represents future staking rewards from fragSOL. Holding YT means you earn the leveraged yield in exchange of using up principal.
• PT (Principal Token) – Represents the principal value of fragSOL, but it doesn’t generate staking/point rewards. At contract expiration, PT value will increase to equal the ST value.
In simple terms:
fragSOL (ST) = YT (Yield) + PT (Principal)
By splitting assets like this, you can choose whether to leverage yield, lock in a fixed APY, or provide liquidity for a balanced approach. Let’s break down these three options:
YT : Yield Tokens (High-Risk, High-Reward)
YT is for users who want to maximize their exposure to yield. Buying YT is like "longing" the yield. It allows you to earn a leveraged yield much larger to your initial investment.
For example, currently if you deposit 1 fragSOL into RateX, you receive 12.5 YT-fragSOL. That means, for the cost of 1 fragSOL, you get the yield of 12 fragSOL by the time the contract expires.
• At maturity, your collateral is fully used up, meaning the YT becomes worthless.
• The yield you earn can be manually claimed via the DeFi platform, while F Points are automatically accumulated by Fragmetric and updated periodically.
• However, you can sell YT anytime before maturity and still keep the points you’ve farmed.
• There’s a 4x F Point boost, so 1 fragSOL deposited into YT earns 48 fragSOL worth of F Points.
• RateX also gives a whopping 5x RateX point boost
YT is best for those who want to amplify their staking rewards but can handle the risks of yield fluctuations.
PT : Principal Tokens (Fixed, Low-Risk Returns)
PT is for users who prefer predictable returns. Instead of earning variable staking rewards, you trade away the yield in exchange for a fixed return on the principal amount.
Buy and hold until maturity to earn a fixed return on SOL via fragSOL. This Income Token trades at a discount to SOL and converges 1:1 with SOL restaked through Fragmetric at maturity.
• The APY fluctuates based on market demand but is locked in once purchased.
• PT holders do not earn F Points, since they forgo staking rewards.
• Best for users who want stability instead of exposure to volatile yields.
LP : Liquidity Provision (Balanced Risk & Rewards)
LPing is a middle ground between YT and PT. By providing liquidity, you earn a mix of swap fees, staking rewards, and farmed points, while minimizing risk.
When you LP, you hold a dynamic mix of fragSOL, YT-fragSOL, and PT-fragSOL. This means:
• You still earn staking rewards but without extreme leverage.
• You collect swap fees from traders exchanging YT and PT.
• You keep most of your farmed points, unlike PT holders who earn none.
Currently:
• RateX offers an estimated 30% APY for LPs.
• Exponent offers around 25% APY for LPs
• An additional 5,000 JTO in rewards will be distributed to LPs over the next 30 days on both platforms.
LPing is best for users who want a balanced exposure: earning yield, farming points, and collecting fees, all while keeping their risk relatively low.
TL;DR
• YT = high yield, high risk, 4x point boost multiplied ten-fold, but collateral is used up.
• PT = fixed APY, no staking rewards, no farmed points, but predictable returns.
• LP = steady returns, farmed points, swap fees, and a lower risk profile. 10,000 JTO in rewards will be distributed over the next 30 days for LPs
• @RateX_Dex and @ExponentFinance offer ways to make your yield work for you.
• fragSOL and fragJTO give you the best rewards
