James Talarico belongs at home in Austin so he can spend all his time contemplating his whiteness.
Not representing us for the next six years in the U.S. Senate.
Replying to @jamestalarico
White skin gives me and every white American immunity from the virus. But we spread it wherever we go—through our words, our actions, and our systems. We don’t have to be showing symptoms—like a white hood or a Confederate flag—to be contagious.
Talarico, the creep, in his OWN words
Every word is James Talarico’s.
27 clips. 4 minutes. 2019–2026.
“God is non-binary.”
“…many more than two biological sexes. In fact, there are six.”
“If you deny your child’s gender identity… it’s abusive for sure.”
“There’s only one person who can determine a child’s gender identity, and that’s the child.”
“I want to acknowledge that our trans community needs abortion care too.”
“…the bill that would have denied gender-affirming health care to trans children… All these ideologies stem from this Christofascism movement.”
“The way I fought for trans kids in the legislature is how I will fight for the U.S. Senate, and my position hasn’t changed.”
“Prophetic voices like Jesus have helped me reckon with my own whiteness.”
“It’s always rich to me that defund the police is considered off limits…”
“Prison is violence.”
“Tear down this secret police force.”
Assault weapons ban? “Absolutely.”
Send this to 10 Texas voters and tell them to vote today.
Talarico would vote to take away your kids and transition them, not just in Texas, but nationwide.
Pure evil.

For 15 years the @SacBeeEditBoard @sacbee_news & "reporters" like @AndrewGraham88 have ignored this union extortion that was being pointed out by groups like ours who have been fighting it. From our phonyuniontreehuggers.com website to being involved with lawsuits against this fraud (weird how none of the developers who sued the unions were interviewed) there has been nothing from this worthless rag about it.
Now they have to cover it because people have had enough and put reform on the ballot. @jenvanlaar @amyforsandiego @TheKevinDalton @KevinKileyCA @DaytonPubPolicy @carldemaio

Union Bosses Don't Like Proposition 45 on the November Ballot
Dear California Voter:
Do you believe some organizations abuse and exploit the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for purposes unrelated to environmental protection -- for example, by delaying the start of projects and increasing costs as a way to pressure private developers and public agencies to sign Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) with unions?
If so, there is a statewide ballot measure on the November 3 ballot that you may find interesting.
Proposition 45 changes the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to "expedite environmental review for certain projects (including most housing, transportation, water, and health projects) by setting deadlines to complete environmental review and resolve lawsuits challenging project approvals." Proposition 45 is supported by many mainstream California business groups, and the California Chamber of Commerce led the campaign to collect signatures to put it on the ballot. See the Yes on Proposition 45 campaign website.
Meanwhile, the State Building and Construction Trades Council of California (an umbrella lobbying group for construction unions) is a leading opponent of Proposition 45. See the No on Proposition 45 campaign website.
Some Californians are confused about this. They ask, "why would the group that represents construction workers at the state capitol oppose a ballot measure that would make it easier for private developers and public agencies to build things? Wouldn't unions like more work for their members? Why would they portray themselves as anti-growth environmental activists?
To find the answer, go to the Phony Union Tree Huggers website. You'll discover that the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) is actually a labor law.
Phony Union Tree Huggers has been quietly on the web for almost 15 years. It links to primary source documents: a record of about 1200 letters that lawyers have submitted to local governments and state agencies on behalf of their construction union clients. Unions have claimed that environmental reviews on hundreds of proposed construction projects have been flawed and inadequate under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). These objections delay projects and impose significant costs on companies and governments trying to build things.
But the letters reveal something else. Sometimes construction unions change their position and declare a project has transformed from an environmental threat to shining example of environmental protection and social justice. It's like magic. Strangely, the timing of this conversion always seems to be correlated with a developer or agency agreeing to sign a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with the unions.
The Coalition for Fair Employment in Construction suspects that construction unions have analyzed Proposition 45 and concluded it has the potential to impede them in using the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to hold up projects and increase costs. It weakens their leverage to compel developers to sign a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
If you hear someone claim that no one ever exploits the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for ulterior motives, refer them to Phony Union Tree Huggers. The 1200 documents speak for themselves.
Please contact Eric Christen, Executive Director of the Coalition for Fair Employment in Construction, at [email protected] or at 858-431-6337 if you want to know more about this kind of insidious CEQA abuse, also known as "greenmail" because it is blackmail using laws originally meant to protect the environment.

Here is our latest video that highlights the travesty currently being considered by the @SanDiegoAirport Board of Directors for all their construction projects.
We packed their recent board meeting so they could hear from the 90% of the industry that union bosses don't represent. These are the workers building San Diego County everyday.
We are meeting with staff and board members to explain to them how PLAs increase costs, set back schedules and discriminate against workers and apprentices.
Thank you to @amyforsandiego for helping to cover what other "media" in San Diego misses regularly, that being the fraud, waste and grift that permeates every inch of CA government.

Good night San Diego,
We were right about Nathan Fletcher.
We were right about COVID lockdowns, mandates, passports and firings.
We were right about the ghost daycares.
Every. Single. Time. they called us “extremists.”
San Diego, we’re batting 1.000!
At the @CVESD_Prepares letting the board know that their union Project Labor Agreement has been a failure and to continue to not use it.
Thank you @bcasandiego for bringing the troops!

Oh, here's more "nothing's happening," folks.
And don't start with the "Waah, it's just a report, Jen! We want perp walks and life behind bars NOW or that means Trump and everyone in his admin working 60-80 hr weeks to unravel decades of deep state fraud and insurrection SUCK, and there's no way it should take TWO YEARS to build solid legal cases against thousands of people, so that means that everyone will always get away with it!"
Seriously. Listen to yourselves, toddlers. Every day I wake up to more success from this admin in documenting what we all knew was happening. Remember, it's not what you know; it's what you can prove.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Next step: indictments.

One factor driving up the cost of local govenment services (and precipitating the ongoing parade of tax increases to fund them) is the adoption of Project Labor Agreements, or PLAs.
A PLA "is a pre-hire collective bargaining agreement with one or more labor organizations that establishes the terms and conditions of employment for a specific construction project.”
Unfortunately “PLAs typically cost taxpayers 25% to 30% more on public projects than they would otherwise have to pay," according to Jon Coupal President of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association.
Both the city of #SanDiego and the SanDiego Unified School District recently adopted PLA requirements for construction contracts.
The #Oceanside city council has placed a measure that would allow PLAs on the November ballot.
