Called an owner pitching a premium listing price for his industrial property.
Pitched him based on Google Maps street view, assuming the building was still there.
Owner asked: "Have you actually been to the site?" I said: "Yeah, it looks beautiful."
He screamed "It was condemned and demolished two years ago, you moron" and hung up.
Today? I do not pitch off desktop data. We do physical boots-on-the-ground recon across every submarket we cover.

This is very disappointing.
My family has been threatened, my wife has been subjected to racist comments, and I’ve been attacked over my appearance. Now we’re being called fascists in front of a large crowd.
Disagree with my positions all you want. That’s part of running for public office. But there’s a difference between debating policy and encouraging this kind of hostility.
In 13 days, this election will be over, and we’ll all still be neighbors.
We can disagree about the future of Costa Mesa without treating each other like enemies. Let’s focus on the issues facing our city instead of rhetoric designed to divide us.

This weirdo isn't even trying to campaign. CA dems have entirely stopped giving a damn about earning your vote. If you want better candidates, you need to hand them an L so they actually try next time. Becerra is the perfect one to hand an L to because it wouldn't hurt the party whatsoever. He's not a star. He has no political future. Nobody wants this guy. He's the 3rd string quarterback who subbed in after the leading candidate got accused of sexual assault.
Give this dude an L, it won't hurt the party whatsoever, you'll still have a dem AG, dem senate, total dem monopoly on the rest of the state, but electing Hilton will provide a small check on the craziness here and actually force the next dem candidate to TRY and earn your vote 4 years from now.
