While I empathize with this man and others like him, close to a quarter million unborn HUMANS have been aborted in your state since you've been in office thanks to policies you support. I think your moral scale is a bit off.

Vaccine uptake is not a good metric of health, but being able to do pull-ups, although not proven in a trial, has an extraordinarily strong statistical association with longevity and health. Stop being partisan.
