The latest firmware update for the TS5, TS5 Plus, and Element 5 is now available.
This update addresses unexpected behaviors related to monitor flickering and USB connectivity.

We have not released a firmware update for our Thunderbolt 5 lineup in a bit. If it's all of Controller 2 acting up (and possibly the Ethernet), that sounds like a PCIe passthrough issue. Probably more to do with communication between the dock, computer, and OS.

You should def reach out to our support team regarding this if you haven't. We don't officially support Linux, but Thunderbolt 5 should still work in many cases. If our support team has time, they can test internally. You can reach us via email at [email protected]

Thunderbolt Share works with our products, we just don't license it. If your computer or another Thunderbolt device includes Thunderbolt Share support, it should work with our docks to my understanding.

Good luck with the dock! Please let us know if there's anything we can help with!
Our new 1.5m Thunderbolt cables means we now have cables every half meter from 0.5 meters (about 1.5 feet) all the way up to 2 meters (about 6 feet).
