In the 20 years since 9/11, the United States spent $8,000,000,000,000+ on war. Can you imagine if we had instead invested those funds in climate, health care, and education?

Hey @meijer It’s time to stop asking your customers to bag their own groceries when they bring their own bags. It holds up the line and isn’t useful for protection from Covid. Let’s encourage using reusable grocery bags again and get back to saving the earth and it’s animals.

Maybe it's a radical idea, but I think it's time we created an economy that looks out for the working people of this country, and not just the CEOs.

Not a big fan of whoever in Fishers is sending up lanterns. This is one of two that crash landed on my roof. Thankful I didn’t have to call @FishersFireDept... Stick with regular fireworks so you only burn down your own house. Thanks.

Absolutely. There are a number of studies (mostly from 🇯🇵). These studies looked at the timing of protein, fiber, and carbs:
Meat/fish 🥩
Vegetables 🥗
Rice 🍚
RESULT: eating carbs LAST (after protein or veggies in either order) always yields the best outcome.

What if fat-loss was the naturally occurring side effect of the bigger goal that you are committed to ? I see people everyday who have no other goal but weight-loss and they tend to struggle far more than those who get fat-loss by first wanting, energy, hormone balance & focus.
