No Canadian urgency for a deal. Let trump and the republican party bleed out until after November 3. He will be destroyed by then and left with full impotency until the end of his term or unitil he is impeached, whichever comes first. #OCanada #unitedprovincesandterritoriesofcanada #tariffwars

In 1993, Donald Trump & Jeffrey Epstein approached Beatrice Keul at the Plaza Hotel and told her their friend Paolo Zampolli would take care of her Visa for her.
Donald Trump later invited her upstairs where he raped her.
He told her to keep quiet because “The show must go on.”

🇨🇦 CARNEY CALLS TRUMP'S BLUFF! 🍁
Trump: Canada will give us anything!
Carney: The U.S. is moving closer to OUR position.
Canada hasn't budged.
Yesterday, Donald Trump claimed Canada was willing to give him virtually anything in trade negotiations.
Today, Mark Carney delivered a very different account:
“To the extent any progress has been made, it’s because the U.S. is coming closer to our position.”
Carney confirmed that Canada's negotiating position has not changed, despite slightly intensified discussions.
Someone should tell the Governor of the 47th Oblast that negotiations aren't the same as surrender! 🇨🇦

163 km/h in a 90 km/h Zone.
On Wednesday October 21, around 6:15 p.m., a North Bay OPP officer conducting moving radar enforcement on Highway 17 in Calvin Township stopped a vehicle travelling 163 km/h in a posted 90 km/h zone.
The 25-year-old driver from Crystal Falls was charged with stunt driving. Their driver's licence was suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
This marks the second stunt driving charge laid by North Bay OPP in two days. Excessive speed significantly increases the risk of serious injury or death in a collision and continues to be a major factor in preventable crashes on Ontario roads. ^kb

^kb
Europe and Canada are being connected by a direct undersea internet cable that bypasses the US.
The project will be called Leif Erikson, named after one of the first Scandinavian explorers to reach America.
It will be one of the first parts of Canada's "Sovereign Cable System" because a large majority of current cables are either passing by the US or controlled by US companies.
The cable itself will be built and operated by Bulk, a Norwegian digital infrastructure company.
Europe is building resilience into a global ecosystem that has many chokepoints controlled by the US.

🇨🇦🇺🇦 Canadian company Telesat plans to provide Ukraine with an alternative to Starlink by starting to create its own low-orbit satellite network, Lightspeed, which will start operating in early 2028.
Canada does not hide that the reason for abandoning Starlink was the decision of the US government to temporarily limit Ukraine's use of the Starshield system, which disrupted the country's defense operations and left Ukrainians even more vulnerable to continuous Russian attacks.
It has also forced US allies, who are increasingly at odds with the Donald Trump administration, to rethink their dependence on American technology.
The vast majority of Canadians no longer consider the United States an ally — except Conservatives:

🟠 NDP: 4%

🚨 BREAKING: Ontario Premier Doug Ford just canceled Elon Musk’s Starlink contract and banned all U.S. companies from government contracts in response to Trump’s economic war with Canada.
“It’s done, it’s gone,” Ford said. “We won’t award contracts to people who enable and encourage economic attacks on our province and our country.”
And just to be clear: “They only have President Trump to blame.”
So Trump starts a trade war, and now American businesses are getting locked out of Canada. This isn’t “tough negotiating”—this is our closest ally shutting the door on us while Trump pretends he’s “winning.”
MAGA wanted an economic war? Well, they just got one. And it’s American companies and workers who are about to feel the pain.

That drop beside Charlie Chaplin in Modern Times never existed.
He was skating on a flat floor the whole time.
The fall to the lower floors in the 1936 scene was matte painted.
Chaplin had a ledge to tell him where to stop, so he was never in danger.
My favorite part: the danger only ever lived inside the camera.
