The Catholic Church has officially referred to Mary as Mediatrix. Mediatrix means female mediator. This is documented in Catholic teaching.
For instance, the Catechism, para. 969, says:
“Therefore the Blessed Virgin is invoked in the Church under the titles of Advocate, Helper, Benefactress, and Mediatrix.”
That is an official Catholic source, not an accusation against Catholicism.
The Bible says Christ is the only way to God. Catholicism says Mary is a way to God.

The Bible says there is ONE mediator between God and man, Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:5). Your own Catechism calls Mary a mediator. So which is it? Who's lying? They both cannot be true.

He called them that because that is who they were, and it wasn't in the form of insult, and even if it was He has right to do it but you don't, it was a rebuke and correction.
Your reply tells more about who you are. If you really want to be who Jesus wants you to be you need to read your bible well.

Pray for The Latter rain
Just as the crops usually got both the early rain at sowning time in autumn, and a latter rain at spring, before the harvest, there will be another outpouring of the Holy Spirit (like the event at Pentacost), over "the crops", before the last harvest at the second coming of Jesus. The symbolizm of when Jesus comes with the sickle to "harvest the earth", (Rev 14:14) and gather He`s people into the barn (Matthew 13:30) helps.
When the little time of trouble begins, the latter rain falls. The second outpouring of the Holy Spirit will empower God`s people in the end times, and help them through the little time of trouble and finish the work.
That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil. Deuteronomy 11:14
Joel 2:28-32, (Acts 2:17-21):
And it shall come to pass afterward
That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions.
And also on My menservants and on My maidservants
