An incredible evening as always at the running event of the year - @PD_Runners Cosmeston Relays.
Well done to all the @albanyroaduk crew and to everyone that ran, and thank you to all the amazing marshals - plus our amazing club photographer Tyler.
So proud to have created @CardiffFoxes with @richwithtea 3 years ago today.
A twitter convo got us talking and after a lot of planning between us we made it happen ♥️
I'm not involved these days (not enough hours in the day!) but it's awesome the club is doing so well :-)

That first run was on a Saturday!! and at the time we didn't even have a name :-)

Great to take part in the climate relay tonight from the senedd to railways gardens, and then enjoy a community supper along with poetry, music, and dancing.
Thanks to @BeMoreSquirrel for a really great evening, us @albanyroaduk crew loved it.

An 11 mile loop of Pontsticill Reservoir was a lovely way to decompress from a very busy (but fun) week.
