From the accident, she has fractures in her hand, leg, and pelvic region. The doctor said the surgery will cost about ₦5 million. It is extensive and will be done in two phases.
First they will operate on her hand and leg. When she recovers from that, they will do the pelvic region.
It has been a painful experience. We have already spent so much on drugs and medications just to keep her stable this far. The pain is still there every day.
A lot of you have followed this from the day of the accident. You have seen the updates. You know what this has been like.
Please, if your heart can move you, even ₦1k, ₦2k, ₦5k, ₦10k, or ₦20k from you will help us. Every little bit carries weight right now.

Over 250 people have bought the course.
I know a lot of you did it to support my wife’s treatment. I see that and I am grateful.
But please watch it.
It is not just a donation. It has real value. You will learn how to build websites with AI and make them editable. That is something you can use.
So thank you for the support.
And thank you in advance for taking the time to watch it.
It will benefit you.
Thank you all, I am grateful
I have received so much support.
People have sent money, shared the posts, prayed, and checked on us.
Some of you bought the course pinned on my profile just to help.
In my own way of saying thank you, I have dropped the price of that course from ₦4,000 to ₦1,000.
It is a course on how to build websites with AI and make them editable. If you know someone who wants to learn it, send them the link.
selar.com/revodia-aicourse
Whatever comes from it will still go toward my wife’s treatment.
This is not a big thing. It is just my way of giving something back for the kindness I have received.
Thank you.

I know many of you want to join the ChatGPT Locked-in Job Hunt Challenge: Use ChatGPT to Get a Job!
Honestly, I could sell this prompt because people make money by monetizing the knowledge they have. But I understand how difficult the job search can be, so I’ve decided to share it with a limited number of people for free.
By exactly 8 PM Nigerian time, I’ll drop the WhatsApp group link on my profile for just 5 minutes. After that, the link will be deleted, and no one else will be able to join.
I’ll drop the prompt in the group, and that will be all. I intend to monetize this prompt on my Selar account, so you do not have my permission to reshare or redistribute it.
Please understand that I am not handing you a job. This is a practical challenge where you will use ChatGPT to help you get a job, but you will be the one applying. ChatGPT will not do the work for you.
Keep an eye on my profile and be ready by 8 PM Nigerian time. Access will be limited.

I am planning on learning AI video creation!
I need accountability partners!
We contribute together and pay for the class then learn together and hold each other accountable!
The fee is usually affordable!
So I am thinking we should be 5-10 people, by the end of the day at least 5-6 of us would be doing well creating AI videos’

Where it all started for me.
I started my career as a teacher. I’m a trained and certified teacher, and teaching has always come naturally to me because I’ve spent years helping people understand, learn, and apply new things in different settings.
That experience followed me into Customer Success.
As a CSM, I’m still teaching in a way.
I onboard customers, explain products, guide them through implementation, help them understand how to get value from what they’ve purchased, and support them as they become more confident using the product.
That’s one of the reasons I do particularly well in EdTech.
I understand what it means to teach. I understand how people learn differently. And I know that handing someone a product and saying “here’s how it works” isn’t the same as helping them actually succeed with it.
I’ve always had a long-term goal of opening an academy where I can teach people the skills, tools, and lessons I’ve gained throughout my career and help them use those skills to create better opportunities for themselves.
So maybe I didn’t really leave teaching.
I just found a different classroom.
Now your turn; where did you start?

We got this job one time, an American company, they hired 6 of us from West Africa at once,
During onboarding meetings, this particular woman, let’s call her Betty, won’t turn off her mic, nor signal her children to leave her work area.
Company still overlooked that for the whole 3days we were onboarded!
We started working and she was the last to finish a project and always clocked in late, will send information for our new hire group to the general group, the messages kept getting deleted yet she didn’t learn!
On the 4th day, she was fired, every of her details deleted her projects reassigned to us!
So must times you may get the job but what you do to keep it is all on you!
And when you lose it, don’t blame village people, retrace your steps, pick corrections and be better in your next job!
You can’t be talking to customers and your children are shouting, buy a noise cancellation headset!
Get USP, always be prepared!
I lost a job this year because of internet, I didn’t blame village people, I got a better internet connection!
Don’t let it happen to you before you learn!

There’s a level of poverty you can experience that completely changes your relationship with money.
I came across something the other day where someone said that when people make their first big money, they usually blow it because they’ve never had that kind of money before.
And honestly, I think that is a personal perspective, or maybe a minority experience.
Because if you have been genuinely poor for years, and you eventually start making good money, I don’t think it’s that easy for you to just blow it.
I’m not talking about not having the newest phone or not being able to afford certain things.
I mean actual financial hardship.
The kind where you know what it feels like to have nothing to fall back on. Where you know what it means to struggle with basic things. Where you’ve experienced what it feels like to genuinely have no money.
If you come from that kind of background and suddenly start making substantial money, your first instinct may not be to spend it.
Your first instinct may actually be to hold on to it.
Let’s say, for example, you make your first ₦1 million.
You might find it incredibly difficult to even take ₦50,000 out of that money to spoil yourself.
Someone could tell you, “Invest it. You can make more money from it.”
And you might still be thinking:
“No. I want to see my money.”
You want to see that ₦1 million sitting there.
Because to you, it is not just ₦1 million.
It is security.
It is the knowledge that if something goes wrong, you have something to fall back on.
It is the feeling that, for once, you are not completely helpless financially.
You know what it feels like to have nothing, so you are scared of ever going back there.
And I think this is where some of these “I made my first big money and blew it all” stories need more context.
Because there are people who grew up relatively comfortable but didn’t personally have access to much money.
Their parents were paying the bills.
Food was available.
School fees were handled.
There was a roof over their heads.
Maybe they didn’t have everything they wanted, but there was always someone covering the important things.
Then they became adults, started earning their own money, and suddenly made a substantial amount for themselves.
That might feel like their first experience of having serious money.
So they spend it.
But that is very different from someone who has actually lived through poverty.
Someone who has experienced genuine financial insecurity may make money and become extremely protective of it.
Sometimes almost to a fault.
They may struggle to spend on themselves.
They may struggle to invest because they want to be able to see the money.
They may even need therapy to understand why having money still doesn’t make them feel financially safe.
Because poverty doesn’t just affect what you can afford.
It can affect how you think about money even after you have it.
So I’m curious.
If you blew your first big money, were you actually coming from poverty?
Or had you always been relatively comfortable, but that was simply the first time you personally had a substantial amount of money?
And if you came from genuine poverty, what happened when you finally started making money?
Did you spend it freely, or did you become extremely scared of losing it?
I really want to hear from people who have experienced this.
