“For it is a matter of necessity that every Church should agree with this Church (Rome), on account of its more powerful preeminence." Irenaeus of Lyons

I really encourage anyone who has questions, doubts, objections to the Catholic Church to just read the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Or you can go online and listen to the Catechism in a Year. You might remain unconvinced. However, you will actually understand what you are disagreeing with. Right now you are just attacking a caricature of what you think we are. You will be pleasantly surprised that Mary is mentioned a moderate amount and discussed in a very measured way.

I used to think there was nothing funnier than a Black conversative but a Black illegal immigrant conservative is definitely funnier. 😂
Samuel Sey preaching FOR border protection and AGAINST illegal immigration, calling it a "sin" while arguing that nations are required by God to protect and defend their land.

HR sent an email reminding everyone to use their remaining vacation days before December. A guy from our sales team named Kevin replied to the entire company. He asked if he could donate 11 unused days to Rosa, a woman working in our shipping department. HR replied that vacation days couldn't be transferred between employees. Kevin asked whether the company would pay him for the unused days instead. They said no. Rosa had been spending nights at the hospital with her daughter and had almost no leave remaining. Kevin sent one final reply. “So you'll erase the days I've earned, but you won't let me give them to someone who actually needs them?” By lunchtime, employees from six different departments had joined the email.

Before Columbus or even Constantine, Christianity was thriving in places like Syria, Egypt, and North Africa. Jesus isn’t a conqueror or a colonialist. He never agreed to be a mascot for the West.

It’s not virtue signaling to remind professed Christians that their partiality is a sin.

"But didn't fill out the right paperwork." I sometimes wonder how many of us are going to hear that at the gates of Heaven.

I know a good man with a paper work issue being deported as well. This is happening often, not just to your friends, Allie. Wake up.
he's a good man having a paperwork issue? his wife and children are devastated? I thought this was called toxic empathy.

No president of any country has ever publicly commented on a woman's ass during a campaign speech. Or a man's. He is severely grotesque every day.

The scariest part of Halloween is how many Christians continue to support this anti-Christ administration. They chose red hats over the Red letters and I'll never forget how they sacrificed the least of the these on the altar of power for a billionaire predator in chief.

Families values party. 😂 Our whole toxic right-wing culture was fostered by decades of Fox News consumption. And they are all frauds and hypocrites.
Fox News stars Ainsley Earhardt and Sean Hannity tied the knot on Saturday at the historic Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida, returning to the place where Hannity proposed over Christmas in 2024. Surrounded by their children, relatives and closest friends, the couple exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony that reflected their shared faith and the importance of family in their lives. Get the full details on Ainsley and Sean's wedding and the personal touches that made their big day memorable: foxnews.com/media/ainsley-ea…

It’s wrong to elevate black skin like liberals and some black people do, it’s also wrong to practice partiality and racism. It’s wrong to elevate white skin like some professed Christians and white supremacists do. There is a healthy medium and it’s what God has said “love your neighbor as yourself”

There was a time before Elon and Trump when I never saw these kinds of posts. When you vote this November, vote for a society that doesn't normalize hate.

It is absolutely incomprehensible to me that people harbor such beliefs, let alone advertise them publicly on the Internet. Wanna know how you go to hell? 'Cause that's how you go to hell.

I'm reminded of the old Sanford & Son episode in which Fred notes that Jesus was not white, and somebody comments on it. He notes "nobody can be out in the sun in that country long, and be white". More significantly, the early Church was packed with people from the Middle East
