$OPEN in 2027:

That's the plan. Everything we are doing is to be able to have 2027 Opendoor look like a very different company. We've made a lot of progress in the last 12 months. We just need to get ourselves to where we need to be for 2027.

$OPEN JUST DROPPED ONE OF ITS STRONGEST OPERATING UPDATES YET. 🔥 This isn’t one bullish metric. EVERYTHING moved in the right direction. Acquisition Contracts: 477 → +34% WoW → Previous week implied: ~356 → Previous year: 126 That’s roughly +279% YoY — 3.8X last year’s level. And then comes resale execution. Q3 Resale COEs finished at 2,728 vs. 2,653 last year. But the acceleration into quarter-end is what really caught my attention: Sep. 19: 2,314 COEs Sep. 30: 2,728 COEs That’s 414 additional closings in just 11 days. → 37.6 closings/day Compare that with the Q3 pace through Sep. 19: → 28.6 closings/day That’s roughly a 32% acceleration in daily closing velocity into the end of the quarter. And remember: Opendoor explicitly warns that closing recordings can be delayed, meaning transactions recorded after a period closes are reflected when recorded. Then there’s arguably the most important quality signal: RELATIVE CLEARANCE: 1.27x Opendoor is now clearing homes 27% better than the MLS. This matters. They’re not just acquiring more homes. They’re acquiring at dramatically higher volume while simultaneously moving inventory faster than the underlying market. 477 contracts. +34% WoW. ~+279% YoY. 2,728 Q3 resale COEs. ~32% acceleration in closing pace into quarter-end. 1.27x relative clearance. Acquisition velocity ↑ Resale velocity ↑ Market-relative performance ↑ This is exactly the operating flywheel bulls have been waiting to see. $OPEN isn’t showing one isolated improvement anymore. The entire machine is starting to accelerate. 🚀 Data: Opendoor Accountable

With OpenAI’s DevDay today, we could see its agents unveiled. $OPEN should push hard for a partnership. ChatGPT has such a massive user base, and once everyone has a personal agent, they’ll turn to it for everything they want to get done.
We saved you a seat. See you tomorrow for the OpenAI DevDay keynote: openai.com/live/

I still believe Opendoor needs to aggressively secure its place in the personal agent ecosystem. With Muse, Cue, and more AI agents coming, younger generations will increasingly expect everything to be fast, simple, and easy to understand. Personal agents should handle the complicated steps and guide users through the entire home-selling process, while users only step in for the key decisions. My mom doesn’t even know how to book a flight by herself, but she used Muse to do it once and it was fast and incredibly convenient. Opendoor should fight to become the real estate infrastructure behind these agents. @nejatian @morganb $OPEN

Execution is the first thing
This is exactly why so many people lack vision. When a stock crashes, they come out and attack management. But let me ask you this: was the company fundamentally different when the stock was at $10 compared with where it is today? Are they actually watching what’s happening behind the stock price? Are they paying attention to the execution? When Elon Musk’s first three SpaceX launches failed, people mocked him and believed he was going to fail. What they didn’t see was the execution behind every failure—the team learning, improving, and getting closer each time. Then came the fourth launch. It succeeded. Success rarely comes out of nowhere. There are usually signs along the way. Most people only see the result. Vision is seeing the execution before the result becomes obvious. $OPEN

This week’s $OPEN resale data will be very interesting to watch. We’ll get to see how Opendoor performs in one of the toughest housing environments and that gives us another way to evaluate the company’s underlying value and execution. In the AI era, almost anything digital can eventually be replicated. But there are two things AI can’t replicate Land and a place to call home. Long $OPEN ,NFA

@aleabitoreddit welcome to check out $OPEN (Opendoor). The CEO has said before that he hates diluting shareholders. AAOI’s dilution is just way too aggressive.
$AAOI has finished a $500m ATM In April.. $600m ATM in June. Then filed another $600m in August. It's out of my control if management wants to abuse this trash repeated ATM structure. Instead following $AXTI like LTA prepayments and using that to fund buildout. Or taking private placements like $NVDA + Nebius for $2B and using that to fund buildout. Or convertible notes at 40% premiums. It's really hard for the stock to break out of $100 or $150 or $200 if there's $600M of selling pressure at those levels (and maybe expectations of future ATMs). I had the same criticism with $IREN with their $6B ATM, which is why it's been rangebound for half a year. And I'll say the same thing with my own thesis names too. I see $AAOI operationally very bullish for 2027, with $471m/month transceiver revenue. 400k ELSFP units/month entering 2028. The revenue ramp is absurd and can compress to single digit forward P/E. But I find it hard to get excited over funding infinite ATMs during the buildout, when you're sacrificing opportunity cost with names currently profitable like $SNDK or Samsung. I think a lot of retail investors conflate stock performance with how a company is doing operationally. $AAOI is capitalizing on a bottleneck with high demand visibility, but stock has been going nowhere near-term with repeated ATMs. I do expect AOI to strongly outperform (especially in 2027) if they stop issuing these stupid ATMs.

$EOSE has reached 4 GWh of production capacity, which aligns with the significant increase in felt imports. Its technology has now been validated by Google, the Pentagon, and the U.S. Department of Energy, while high-volume production is already underway. What more does an investor need to see before buying a stock that is currently trading 70% below its all-time high

Tokenization remains one of $OPEN top priorities. They are actively working toward that direction. I went back through the Q1 earnings call and found this interesting detail.
