Cont. I have to say a huge thanks to @HelenMorganMP for taking the livelihoods of families in the area seriously and taking action to ensure immediate improvement. But, this is not the end. Until contracts looking after military housing are adequate, families will suffer.

Update: After my tweets a few weeks ago to @HelenMorganMP about inadequate housing maintenance, I cannot believe the number of issues have come to light from other people residing in military property (and the relative insignificance of my broken boiler). shropshirestar.com/news/loca…

Military families raise concerns over state of housing and delayed repairs

Military families in Shropshire have hit out over their frustration at poor service and delays in fixing major problems to their homes – leaving some without heating or running water for weeks on end.

It's time for FIS to take climate change more seriously. Julian Schütter (AUT) wrote a letter to FIS calling for more ambitious, robust and transparent action. Read the letter here and if you're a FIS athlete, sign. For the future of our sports 🙏🚨 protectourwinters.eu/athlete…

In a year where Para Nordic funding was cut. What a message to send. Gutsy. We love it.

Lets just call it what it is . Period. Cannot stress how important it is for young females to feel comfortable talking about their periods, especially in a sporting and performance environment. @thewellhq @BazMoffat 👏 Bravoo @mikaelashiffrin

TEN minutes coverage on tonight’s ITV news about the men’s football World Cup squad… but not a single mention of England women ahead of Saturday’s Rugby World Cup FINAL. And ITV are the broadcaster! Unbelievable. Come on media. Do better. – at Maidenhead, South East
