What we need to ask ourselves is can we afford to support billionaires lavish lifestyles any more. They are the cause of most of our problems, in their quest for even more wealth.

Congratulations to Dr Charles Shepherd - you used the Beth athlete severe ME case to ignore harm, ongoing research funding deficits, the absence of medical care or interest and barely talk about severe ME at all. With the DHSC delivery plan rebranded as a good thing for progress. No criticism of the status quo at all. Bravo @TheMEAssociation

Billionaires shouldnβt exist. nobody needs a billion dollars to live comfortably while millions of people struggle to afford healthcare, housing, and education. tax every dollar above $1 billion at 100% and put that money toward the public services people desperately need.

Helen, Helen, Helen
Let me explain this to you in plain and exceedingly simple English.
Disabled kids are most likely to have been born with their disabilities or conditions (as I was). I know this might be shocking to you Helen, but we don't just stop being disabled at 18. Being born with a disability is usually a lifetime deal.
I tell you what, care to swap? You can have my cerebral palsy (and the benefits that you say come with it) and I'll take your fully functioning extremities and become an MP. Not a Tory one though, because I'm not a horrible bastard.
By the way, if you accept my offer, good luck trying to wipe your backside, put your own clothes on, wash any part of your body or doing any sort of cookery (since you won't be able to hold a knife properly) are, and one more thing, forget about rolling yourself over in bed at night, you'll have to get somebody to help you with that as well. But yeah, apart from that, a lifetime on benefits is really fucking easy isn't it?

Disabled people can now report media coverage that scapegoats and stigmatises them and contributes to the hostile environment many of them face in their daily lives, thanks to a new campaign.

Helen Whately knows sweet FA about mental health and neurodiversity.
All she is interested in is scoring political points by appealing to those on the right, who want to cut benefits and protect the wealth of the super rich in the UK.

Billionaires should be illegal. Anything over a billion should be taxed 100% and go to public services. There's no reason for any single person to have that much money.

The problem in every country is the same
For the last 50 years the billionaires have demanded ever higher profits
Their profits are now so high the Government can't afford basic services
But those billionaires bribe Politicians
So the Government won't take action against them

Yet this man is advocating cutting benefits to fund work support for young people

The most annoying thing about being human right now is knowing we already have the intelligence and resources to end world hunger, fight climate change, and cure cancer, but greed and billionaires keep millions suffering instead. The wasted human potential is heartbreaking.

The primary determinant of my 18 yr old daughter's reliance on benefits is her rare genetic condition resulting in profound learning disability, severe physical disability & epilepsy.

Whatβs happening in France is a wake-up call to the entire world. π The cost of living keeps rising while everyday people struggle to survive. People are tired of working hard just to barely get by. Governments need to start listening to the people before frustration turns into chaos. π―ππ½

Welfare spending is in line with all European countries. This repulsive propagandist should be deeply concerned about karma. Imagine being a multimillionaire claiming millions in expenses alone & spending every day bullying the vulnerable to death.
Legally defined scum.
