I just launched a course on consulting — but it’s not what you think.
This isn’t about building a firm or chasing clients.
It’s about turning your existing skills into something structured, valuable, and marketable. 🧵
Lagos folks - serious question: or you all just living in houses infested by mould or prone to mould attacks?
I’m looking for a salesperson in the food & beverage, FMCG, retail, or distribution space with relevant relationships.
Short-term assignment that could lead to a permanent role. Lagos-based preferred.
If this sounds like you (or someone you know), tag me or send me a DM.
Nigeria has just not cracked the code on removing friction from visa processes…or any other government process for that matter. Friction…everywhere
Thank you so much @TShow77 for the kind words.
This course means a lot to me - and not just because of the revenue it generates - but because I have seen it make a big difference in how people approach their work and use what they know to earn income.
The @ThriveConsultA had the privilege of learning from @ChetoManji a few years ago
So good to refresh those learnings in her online course, which teaches the basics of #consulting, from team building and client engagement to delivery academy.upskhill.com/ema6w @upskhill
UPDATE: this assignment is now closed. I appreciate the responses.
I reached out to everyone who showed interest. If you showed interest but didn’t hear from me, it’s because I’d already assigned tasks.
I MAY reopen if the assignees fail to deliver.
I have a quick paid task for people in Lagos.
I need 5 people to visit a supermarket and check the shelf price of a product.
⏱ Takes about 10–15 minutes
💰 ₦10,000 per store visit
🛒 No purchase required
If interested, reply “Lagos” or DM me and I’ll send details.
Watching the film “Notting Hill” with fresh eyes is wild.
The power imbalance is constant: secrecy, humiliation, omission, emotional dumping when it suits her.
He adores her.
She manages him.
How we were all sold this as a romantic film is beyond me.
Random: it’s weird how casually violence shows up in the language we use to comfort children in Nigeria. When a child cries, adults often say things like “I’ll beat who beat my baby” or threaten doctors with police jokingly. It’s well intentioned but normalises aggression as care
This review summed up exactly what I was trying to build with my consulting course.
Not motivation.
Not hype.
Clarity.
Feedback like this tells me the intent landed.
Clarity over complexity.
Application over abstraction.
