A lot of the people who were waiting around for RH to pump the chain have already left. What’s left is a much smaller group of builders who seem genuinely aligned with the principles PulseChain was built around: decentralization, robustness, privacy, self-custody, permissionless access, and building systems that don’t depend on middlemen. And the “God of ++ Forever” title is fitting too: Maria’s preference for C++ reflects that same emphasis on direct control, low overhead and fewer unnecessary layers. At this point, the builders still here seem to be the ones who actually chose PulseChain for what it is, not just for what they hoped RH would make it worth.

Marketing is expensive, and VC money often comes with incentives to build for someone else’s exit rather than for your users.
