Collaboration is onā¦. Mr. Cinelliās Pre-Algebra class joined Mrs. Benderās Algebra class for Equate. Students were so engaged and loved competing with their peers. @HowellTwpMSN @HTPSMathScience
Lego Leaders Club at MSN showed their Luck of the Irish āļø. Students unleashed their creativity to build a St. Patrickās day Green Theme. The Leprechaun billboard was a towering success. @KRaleigh1181
It was a great way to mingle MATH, Friends, and Cooking. During our unit on Proportions, Mr. Cinelliās classes created their favorite recipes and shared them with peers. Classes exchanged recipes and were able to sample each others creations. @HowellTwpMSN @HTPSMathScience
Mr. Cinelliās classes kicked off the new year in a Thinking Classroom. The challenge was to create and graph their own inequality when given the solution. Working backwards, problem solving, & teamwork was key. @HTPSMathScience @HowellTwpMSN
Building Thinking Classrooms establish norms, encourage teamwork, and deepen thinking. Mr. Cinelliās classes utilize vertical learning to prepare for their assessment on Integers. Itās only September and Iām already proud of these Hornets. @HTPSMathScience @HowellTwpMSN
Mr. Cinelli's Pre-
Algebra class created Probability Themed Boardwalk Carnival Games. Their uniquely designed games demonstrated their knowledge and problem-based thinking of experimental and theoretical probability. So proud of these hornets.@HowellTwpMSN @HTPSMathScience

@HTPSMathScience @HowellTwpMSN Mr. Cinelliās Pre-Algebra class created a Boardwalk Carnival complete with awesome prizes. Their unique style games showcased their understanding and critical thinking of both, experimental and theoretical probability. So proud of these hornets.
It was a āLUCKYā day in Mr. Cinelliās classes. Math students showcased their knowledge on Inequality Shamrocks and collaborated with Ms. Mazzucaās ābuddiesā to create tally rainbows š. Fostering these partnerships is what makes kindness contagious.@HowellTwpMSN @HTPSMathScience
Student-led decisions allow for the creativity and exploration of new material to be both meaningful and successful. Mr. Cinellis Pre-Algebra class constructed triangles with specific conditions in a āthemeā that was near and dear to their heart. @HowellTwpMSN @HTPSMathScience
Random Grouping allows students to explore and deepen their mathematical thinking with other students. Mr. Cinelli and Mrs. Burgessā Math classes are completing problem based station tasks where analyzing and synthesizing take center stage. @HowellTwpMSN @HTPSMathScience
