the nice thing with such decision model is that they don't need a fixed set of classes neither, so you can label emails, but also group them in "smart" thread very easily

What strikes me the most with the new one-conv remote contrôle is not to be able to chat with dozen of agents from my iPhone on a slack like interface but really that the most underrated low hanging fruit to get better perf is not model diversity but harness one
Several models in one harness why not, but several harnesses chatting to each others really give a salt that make the convergence of all of them peak performance

Im still figuring out how different it is from agent > sub agents communication, but no doubt it's nowhere close to it
