It’s in the tropics somewhere between the Port of Indecision and Southeast of Disorder, but no parallels of latitude or longitude mark the spot exactly. Passports are not required. Where is Margaritaville? It’s in your mind.”

Happy St. David's Day! My wife's family came to Canada from Wales 60 years ago today. Hiraeth is a Welsh word that refers to the yearning for the lost places of your past, a sort of presence of absence. I'm looking forward to 'feeling' Hiraeth later today.
Sorry for your loss. It's a great loss for Canadian music. Your tweet sparked a bit of musical history research.
I don't know much about the Mastodon platform. But is this really our social media saviour?

Saw @northernpikes and @TPOHBand at @OakvilleCentre. They rocked. When TPOH released I'm An Adult Now in 1988 I was old enough to legally drink and "call my Dad up and invite him." I finally saw the band live for the first time and now I'm the dad waiting for the invitation lol.
Rest in peace Ray Liotta. Goodfellas is the best mob movie ever made and one reason for that is Liotta's performance. While the film clearly denounces the gangster life it did make the idea of entering a restaurant through the kitchen very appealing.
