💯 The #1 question that ALL PLAYERS ask…“How can I play more?” 👇
🏃🏽♂️“The RUNNING, the CUTTING, the CRASHING…you can do that as many times as you want in a game!” - Jeff Van Gundy (@LAClippers)
🤷🏽♂️Can you RUN, CUT & CRASH?

Today I had the tremendous opportunity to speak to @CoachClark33’s @UNFOspreys Sport Management Class about my personal journey through athletics. Taking calculated risks, building solid relationships, and leaning on mentors can really propel championship cultures! Thanks for having me and great seeing you Coach! #FlaglerAlums!

Use 2nd dribble bumps and deceptive timing to deliver strong bumps and maintain your driving angle
Comment "IMPROVE" for my 4 phase player development curriculum
Congrats to @Logan_W1lkinson on receiving his first offer to play at Atlantis University (Miami, FL), who compete USCAA Div. 1 in the New South Atlantic Conference. Logan has worked tirelessly to make this a reality; stays in the gym and loves the game. The guy is just going to get better. Honor to have him in the program.
Today was one of those days that I just feel I’m walking in my purpose - from teaching a class at UNF to making dinner for my family and ending the day with practice at AC. All of it felt so purposeful - grateful to God for this calling and blessed to get to walk this road of teaching and coaching.

Five thoughts on defense
Stance and effort are non negotiable
Talk is a skill you have to teach
Guard the ball first, help second
Rebound the shot you contested
Great defense starts with conditionin

Coming out of a timeout with the ball… just call a play that works against man or zone defense and you don’t have to worry about the opponent…

It’s always really awesome to see a player’s dream come true!
His path changed course - fought through adversity - believed in himself !
God works in our waiting! Go be great !

Five thoughts on game management
Know your two timeout situations before tip
Sub for effort, not for stats
First four minutes of the second half decide games
Have an answer for their best action
Coach the next possession, not the last one
