Love seeing Tylan Grable (@tylanmalik) continuing to play with violent hands with the @BuffaloBills. He’s a special athlete who was awesome to coach.
#TechniqueOverTactics
some impressive work today for #billsmafia rookie tylan grable. veteran moves. you can tell he’s been soaking up knowledge. might have stamped his spot on the 53. serious upside.

Breaking a Long Arm Rush
@Sam_K_Jackson & @AsapTatum with examples of pass pro vs a long arm.
1.) Establish your outside hand and “Long Arm the Long Arm”
2.) Chop down thru the elbow joint
3.) Clear your cleats and create space

Clinic pass pro tape from @CoachHand. I wasn’t the best with my hands at tackle but swiping a long arm was my favorite counter and I was good at it. Sweet move.

How do you counter the Long Arm rush?
EX:@SamCosmi
Starts with the set...always feet before hands.
We want to establish outside hand placement...If your outside hand is beat, you’re beat.
Finish with downward strike thru the elbow joint with the inside arm.

Congrats to both Ashton and Andre.
Andre Otto is the definition of development. His work ethic and “give-a-crap” factor have helped him EARN every opportunity to compete. I’m proud of the way he represents our entire OLine UNIT.

Luke Petitbon @FSUFootball center)
6'2 1/2" 310) is now medically cleared to participate in ALL football activities with zero restrictions. Petibon sustained a pectoral injury while participating in practice at the American Bowl Collegiate All Star Game and required surgery. He is the grandson of legendary NFL coach and All-Pro NFL player Richie Petitbon.

Flag Day reminds me of a favorite picture that I took in the summer of 2017 during a road trip with our son Trey as I completed my quest to visit all 50 states before I turned 50 (#50by50Tour).
Along with a Pledge that we learned as kindergartners that I still say with PRIDE‼️🇺🇸

Thank you @CentralNorvell and @CoachHand for the amazing visit and I can’t wait to be back soon !!!!GO NOLES!!!! @nate_brady1 @AmourManrey75 @CoachRGarth @CoachDrafts
If the @Ravens…or any team in the @NFL for that matter…are in need of a center, my recommendation to give @Luke_Petitbon an opportunity is simply…
Ravens OTAs begin in mere hours. They do not have a center. @DailyFlockShow has a plan for #Ravensflock We always do. If they can't pull off a trade go sign one of the best college centers when he's healthy next month:

A lot of people coached me… but not everybody showed up when it mattered most.
This one did.
Grateful for the ones who go beyond football and help shape the man. 💯
@CoachHand
Happy for @micahpettus2 and look forward to watching him EARN a spot with the @Chiefs.
Success…or “luck” in some people’s eyes…occurs at the intersection of opportunity and preparation. There is nothing “lucky” about gaining an invite to an NFL training camp.

Florida State OT Micah Pettus has accepted an invite to #Chiefs rookie camp. A chance to make an impression for a roster spot in KC.
Excited for @PRubelt and his opportunity with the @Buccaneers.
Having worked with Paul for 4 years, his development over that time period was unmatched.
