Tammi Reiss on the culture buy-in.
"When you're developing a new team, and you have all new faces, your standard and the culture is the buy-in from your players. How quickly can I get complete buy-in? They're all in and then how quickly can they come together as a team? So by the time we hit the SEC, our culture is set, our standards set, and our chemistry set." #Gators

I think we just met the most fascinating head coach in America. New Florida women's coach Tammi Reiss has been an actress ("Juwanna Mann"), fitness model, a nightclub owner, an assistant, CBB player. Reiss definitely won her first SEC media day presser in Birmingham. Captivating.
