The 1st sign that you are not very good at football is paying a service to tell people you are good at football.
You can pretend it's "lack of exposure" or "lazy High School Coaches"
Desperation is the 2nd reason people pay services.
Save your money, pay for extra training instead.

Congratulations to Tom DeLuca on Career Win #100! This milestone is about more than wins/losses. This reflects the countless student-athletes impacted, the relationships built, and the culture established along the way. 100 Career Wins. One Bulldog Family.A Legacy of Excellence

Practice efficiency matters.
For Coach Fusco, GoRout Scout has been one of the most effective and impactful additions, helping players and coaches get more efficient every day and every week.

No surprise but I get good amount of tackling drills on my time line. Here is what I have been noticing.
Tackling is a lot like hitting a baseball.
Imagine trying to become a great hitter by spending your entire career in the batting cage.

Offense. Defense. Special teams.
GoRout Scout helps coaches maximize practice efficiency in all three phases. 🙌
#BetterFasterReps #ByCoachesForCoaches
Efficiency creates reps.
Reps create improvement.
@CoachFurco7 on eliminating dead time during special teams periods.
Keep players moving
Simplify communication
Maximize every minute of practice
Great practice design isn’t always about adding more.
It’s about wasting less.

Great Time passing out Senior Grad Signs yesterday. I had the pleasure to give Ayden’s his sign. Looking forward to following his future success at Lawrence Tech💪

Really enjoyed watching Carson Schwesinger and Quincy Williams during individual drills yesterday. Both guys bring outstanding energy, passion, and attention to detail every single rep. They’re vocal, consistent, and set the tone for everyone around them. These two are emotional leaders of this football team. Their energy is contagious, their effort is relentless, and they’re absolutely awesome to watch. #Browns

Varsity baseball picked up a nice win yesterday over Elyria at home. ⚾️
Today, they’ll look to complete the series as they travel to Elyria for a 4:45 first pitch. JV baseball will be at home.
Good luck, Bulldogs! 💙💛

Everybody wants discipline… until discipline gets loud.
Everybody wants toughness… until toughness gets uncomfortable.
Hard coaching isn’t abuse.
Hard coaching is correction.
Hard coaching is standards.
Hard coaching is loving a kid enough not to let him stay average.
If a coach is demanding effort, detail, toughness, and accountability bothers you… that probably says more about today’s culture than it does the coach.
