No price predictions, no rage bait, no fear mongering, no lies - don't need any of that. I know I'm a little fish here on X, that's because we chose to go where the people are and meet them there. We spent 5+ years building trust and reputation with an audience 100ks strong, and we protect that trust above all else. Someday it will look like an overnight explosion of success and growth here too, but that will be the result of thousands of hours of streaming, thousands upon thousands of videos, and hundreds of thousands if not millions of comments and DMs answered. 7 shows per week. 10ks of impressions every single stream. I like this bill - it's extremely simple and easy to read, you can get through the entire thing in minutes. I have some questions though, mostly regarding things I would expect to see introduced via amendment. Most notably - the language on mandated security is weak and also kinda sounds like there is a lack of literacy on exactly how Bitcoin's own security works - easy to fix though. This is exceptionally important given how horrendously mismanaged the reserve/stockpile custody has gone for what was established via EO in 2025 (random hardware wallets in desk drawers, key exploits, no standardization for key custody, etc). I do of course recognize the difference in leaving specifics to policy vs law but I still think I'd prefer to see some more details here. Moving on, the Secretary of the Treasury has a LOT of discretion here - I would expect and hope to see more details and possibly limitations there. The language around the "Digital Asset Stockpile" is rather vague - I'd like to see a little more substance there because as it's written, it's pretty rough... "any digital representation of value that is recorded on a cryptographically secured distributed ledger" ...and yes that absolutely reads as though it includes some random pump fun garbage post-seizure no matter how illiquid or worthless it may be. Sale limitations and requirements for the Stockpile need more nuance - but again that's easy to add as it progresses. Overall I'm a fan, this is exactly the kind of bill I'd love to work on.

"Anyone voting "nay" on this cloture wants to kill Clarity" Wrong. Motivation to vote nay today is more likely to be because further workshopping on the bill is required. If you wanted to actually end the bill you would vote yea on cloture and then nay on the actual vote.
