I saw a great post someone said how authors, actors, and performers could have used social media as a teaching tool. Authors like King could give writing tips, or let people into their process or help young authors break into the business.
Instead, they used it as a substitute for their own political venting board and made people forget what made them great to begin with. This is a good example of that.
