In Remake, Aerith says she ends up giving up but she's doing her best today. It's because she reunited with Cloud. (Remake script) In Rebirth, Aerith says she's been giving up and Cloud tells her to do her best. I edited the scenes together and translated it in this video📽️🌸

Part 1: Cloud confirms Tifa is not his girlfriend. Part 2: Marlene confirms that Aerith has feelings for Cloud. You’re free to have poor taste and hate Clerith but the devs have clearly made their choice.
