and his solution is Ai lol…it’s obvious they believe anything that challenges normative thinking is DEI. when Ai pushers admit that talking about human rights is seen as something universities shouldnt do, it’s clear that they intentionally don’t want critical thinking
Took my daughter to look around a well known University. The business lecturer has purple hair and talked about human rights and DEI. Went to Marketing, the slides looked like they'd been put together by a 4 year old girl. Conclusion save £25k a year and get a job.

Irony that folks who want objective science & truth pay so little attention to language, as if the texture of a statement doesnt reorganize its meaning. Words with similar definitions form different shapes in our mouths, have different histories & sounds. That is part of science.

this is the best argument for why students need the arts, humanities, and social sciences. they are trying to strip our young ppl of their imagination and we are not letting them get finessed
BASH: One of the things that's happening is there's a push to start students down a trade school track as early as elementary school. Is that too early? LINDA McMAHON: I don't think so BASH: But elementary school? McMAHON: I think you can have some introduction of skilled trades in elementary school

As I said before it was never about plagiarism or merit but the right wanting to control which/how black people get access to resources. No other reason explains why you are mad that people are donating to support someone who life ended before it should have.
Jason Arday was on a six figure salary. He was in the top 0.08% of taxpaying earners in the UK. Why can’t his family pay out of Jason's estate? If you want to know how easily people fell for his lies, just look at the people donating to this grift.

these people will harass you into an early grave and call you selfish because you died before they got their desired amount of clicks off your name. your life isn’t even yours to them.
Jason Arday is literally one of the most selfish people to ever exist Rather than simply own up to his lies, he cruelly widowed his wife and abandoned his two children in a final act of pure selfishness designed to make himself look like a martyr It's really crazy that people see anything sympathetic in him whatsoever All the grifters who enabled him at the University of Cambridge need to be investigated

And to spin this as if they are doing it out of care for Jason’s children is completely inhumane. Our lives become their political playgrounds.

what the hell do y'all even be talking about
Jason Arday was a victim of DEI: a gentle man he was ruthlessly exploited by race ideologues who fed his ego and made him a Cambridge professor when he didn’t deserve to be one. Then dumped him when his claims fell apart. RIP Jason. You were misused. thetimes.com/article/dfff4de…

After appealing my tenure denial the Tenure Hearing Panel unanimously found that “the promotion & tenure process was ‘significantly noncompliant with the university’s established standards and procedures’. The President however upheld his original decision to deny me tenure.

I do think there is a possibility for an African accent, if we think of an African accent as a flexible non-fixed process. I have an American southern accent but I don’t sound like Alabama or New Orleans. Accent doesn’t mean sound the same but rather is about signification.
I cringe every time yall say “african accent” ngl. a continent w 54 countries … there is no “african” accent

I know the west treats Africa like a monolith to justify colonial violence, but when we decanter western assumptions in our knowing, I think we can have more interesting conversations.

landlords about to start rent subscriptions. the base tier you must be out of the apartment for at least 8 hours a day, the mid tier you can sleep in until noon, and the ultimate tier you can stay in the place that you rent as much as you want
As a landlord who owns multiple properties, tenants don't understand what we go through. If you stay at home all day you're going to use the floor, switches, toilets, kitchen more which increases the maintenance that needs to be done and the apartment ages twice as quickly.

Can we move past the phase of critique being seen as the epitome of intellectual engagement. Yes critique is important, but there are other types of analysis we can do. Folks be giving I’m too cool to like sh*t vibes.

The same people who call the arts and humanities useless degrees magically become movie critics when films do well that they don’t agree with. They spend half the year critiquing building the capacity to make and analyze art, and the other half being pseudo-cultural critics.

white people will argue you down that a giant Cyclops is more imaginable than black people having varied migration patterns
This trend where every movie has to feature people of all races—even historical films set in places where only one race existed—is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen in cinema.

I know Republicans hated The Odyssey. A movie about feeding the poor, honoring immigrants, & critiquing war - they are pissed.
