The 2027 @LPGA schedule released this week, earlier than in previous seasons…a nice flow to the year with first time visits to Nanea and Royal St George’s and long awaited returns to Corning, Kapalua, Hong Kong and Lake Merced.
@GolfChannel will continue to be the home of LPGA
Media Day yesterday at Corning Country Club. Two current and two former players attended. A little three hole exhibition ended the day.
Six weeks ago this was a natural area. Today, @MottinGolf pulled out leaving us our awesome new short-game area! 11,000 ft2 putting green, 4,150 ft2 chipping green, 12,500 ft2 of fairway, two CapCon bunkers, and 70,000 ft2 of TTTF surrounding it all.

👏👏👏 to @CorningCCSuper and the team at Corning Country Club on luring the @LPGA back to southern New York in 2027. The Corning community was a terrific tournament host for 31 years and the course has undergone some awesome improvements since the LPGA's last appearance in 2009.

Drumroll... The winner of the 2026 GCSAA Collegiate Turf Bowl, taking home $15,000, is Team #3 from Penn State — Wilson D. Kreitz, Joseph E. Lofland, Carter Marshall, Jacob W. Straw and advisor Ben McGraw, Ph.D.! Congratulations! #GCSAAConference
NY - 4 point in archery, a 6 point at 7:00 AM this morning. PA - A doe on Saturday. I think my season is over or my wife is going to shoot me!
We had some stress on these old Poa greens. I talked to my superiors about moving aeration up 6 weeks and adjusting the golf schedule and they agreed and trusted us! Crew killed it!
