In Groff v. DeJoy, 600 U.S. 447 (2023), the Supreme Court held that Title VII requires an employer that denies a religious accommodation to show that the burden of granting an accommodation would result in “a burden [that] is substantial in the overall context of an employer’s business,” taking into account “all relevant factors in the case at hand, including the particular accommodations at issue and their practical impact in light of the nature, size and operating cost of an employer.”

America’s enemies, both foreign & domestic, have taken power & the Republic is in real danger. Many people have no idea they’re in a war & yet that war is already being lost. I’ve tried to tell people this country is not facing a single enemy - it is not just the marxists or just the radical Islamists or just the globalists. It is all of them working together & they are at work all across the world. The cartels serve as their ultra violent army along with Islamic terrorists & violent forces like the IRGC. If people faced reality, they would see that the good options are disappearing fast. It seems many are going to wait for the worst to happen before they recognize where we are and by then it will probably be too late.

I am not a doomer. Not exactly.
But I AM a realist. And what we just saw tonight is the "realest" thing I've ever seen in my life.
Americans actually VOTED against America. Real Americans, across the country, in places where it should NEVER have happened.
Of course there's nowhere in this country it should happen, but SOME places are less surprising, and some are more.
Texas -- fucking TEXAS -- voted against America.
I'm not a doomer, but I am a realist. Texas voting against America is quite literally the end of America as we know it.
That's reality.
The future, once bright as fuck with @elonmusk, is now in jeopardy. In fact Elon himself is now in real jeopardy.
There is no path forward for America, or humanity, if Americans vote like this. I mean absolutely ZERO.
Which leaves a choice no human being should ever contemplate. I have children. I cannot wish upon them the horror that exists now, as that choice.
We could have rescued this country. In fact, we were.
But stupid people cannot be saved. "You can't fix stupid".
Tonight, stupid people did a very stupid thing.
The whole planet will pay for it.
There's a line from one of my favorite songs; "Now I know God has his reasons, but sometimes it's hard to see them."

Watch how fast the GOP moves to blame it all on Trump. How do I know? Because this was the plan discussed by a number of Republicans before the election & the word was passed around. I posted about it weeks ago. I was told they would use this “crushing defeat” to get rid of the MAGA movement & the establishment would retake the party. So be prepared. And don’t be surprised if they use this to justify voting with Democrats to impeach the President & others.

There is something that tells me he is not wrong. I believe in America, but I’ve been watching what is happening in Europe. I have read extensively the writing of the globalists.
Tonight, was a watershed.
This is not business as usual.
I'm going to be totally frank in the moment about where I think we are right now. This isn't a black pill, it's just an honest assessment of how hard everything is about to become. It's me telling you the house is on fire, so you have a chance to save what's most important to you.
You see, the thing about "decline is a choice" is there comes a point, after you've imported or tolerated or indulged so many people who hate you, and so many people who just want to rob or take advantage of you, that the choice is no longer yours. It's theirs. That's what a democracy with indiscriminate suffrage is and ours is entrenched.
Everything is going to start to change, starting right now, as you read these words. This was not an election that Republicans merely lost. This was the implosion of the Republican party and the total discrediting of the MAGA movement as an electoral force. I'm not going to cast blame or point fingers, because it doesn't matter. There's no point in an election post-mortem because you are never again going to get the chance to vote your way out of this anyway. That window closed tonight.
The GOP's current brand is dead. When they rebrand, which they will, because it's a party run by cockroaches, it's going to be surrender packaged in platitudes. From today forward, if you're a normative white person under 60, a right winger, an America First type, you will no longer have viable or serious electoral political representation. They won't let you have it. Neither party. There will be the left moving the center to them and there will be some cuckhold pumping a fake set of brakes from his chair in the corner as he greedily feasts on his last meal.
The takeover of the GOP has failed. We didn't have the critical mass and all rushing the cockpit got us was a smoldering crater in a field and promises of more pain to come. The people who cheered Charlie Kirk getting shot in the neck are in the driver's seat now. They're never going to forgive you for disrupting their great arc of history. They are going to kill, imprison, ruin, and crush you. Then, they're coming for your kids. This is non-negotiable for them. They are going to salt the earth and make sure nothing like MAGA can ever grow here again. I promise you this.
Nothing resembling the America that was is coming back. Everything after after the 120th Congress is seated will be something new and unprecedented. The American nation's continuity with our ancestors will be severed, just like they wanted.
Be ready. Collect friends. Make plans. Execute on them. Nobody is coming to save you.

In January, 2027, Congress will begin impeachment proceedings & the Senate will vote 53-47 to remove him from office. Rather than allowing J.D. Vance to become CiC, they will impeach him, as well. Next in line for the throne is Hakeem Jeffries, who will give us Sharia Law. Well done, idiots.

I'm going to say something that won't be popular with many of you, but it needs to be said.
Most Republicans in Congress, the Senate, and this administration have refused to confront what I believe is one of the most serious threats to America's future, the growing political influence of Islamism and the failure to recognize its long-term ambitions.
Too many Americans remain unaware of the difference between religious freedom and political Islamism. Islamist movements seek to use political power to advance an ideology that is fundamentally at odds with many of the freedoms and principles upon which America was founded.
Tonight, we may witness the consequences of that failure.
The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and Islamist political activists are working together, and their political organizing demonstrates what relentless determination, discipline, and voter mobilization can accomplish. They work around the clock, build coalitions, organize communities, and make sure their supporters show up at the polls.
Meanwhile, where were the Republicans in Congress? Where was the administration?
Instead of helping confront the growing political influence of Islamism, the woke right has been focused on building its own political movement and pushing for a separate party. At a time when political unity and organization matter more than ever, their efforts have only contributed to further division.
The Republicans failed to act. The administration failed to take the threat seriously. And the woke right was no help whatsoever.
With the exception of President Trump, who has raised the issue on several occasions, far too few in the administration have been willing to confront it directly.
Look at what is happening across parts of Europe, where debates over Islamist, integration, immigration, and national identity have become increasingly urgent. America cannot afford to ignore those warnings.
A free nation does not lose its identity overnight. It happens when its citizens become complacent, its leaders refuse to confront difficult realities, and organized political movements face little effective opposition. Many Republicans didn't even bother to vote. (Fact)
America is not immune to the challenges facing Europe. Believing that it could never happen here is exactly the kind of complacency that puts our future at risk.
If tonight's election results deliver a political earthquake, don't pretend there were no warning signs.
The warning signs were there. The organization was there. The determination was there. What was missing was the political courage to respond.
America is worth defending. Our Constitution is worth defending. Our freedoms are worth defending.
And if we refuse to defend them through the ballot box, we should not be surprised when others determine the direction of our country.

Like I said, America is over.
It’s not an over reaction or hyperbole to say this. The Democrats now control the House and Senate and they nominated candidates who openly say they hate America and candidates who support terrorism.
Amercians should focus on their personal safety. Safety is what matters most now. Elections are now fully compromised in America.
We never got the Save America Act and we don’t have enough mass deportations to make a big enough dent in the Democrats illegal alien voter population.
I think it’s best for Americans to develop plans to protect their families, their food supply, and their weapons.
America is going to become a very violent country and Democrats fully support that violence.
What they did to Charlie Kirk and Trump, they will try to do to many others.

For 25 years, I have warned this country about immigration — I said it would eliminate our ability to secure a future for our children and grandchildren. Tonight you have seen what happens when mass immigration takes hold of a country. You sit in shock, but why? So many of you gave me shit over the past 10 months for screaming at Trump to put in mandatory everify, and to stop all immigration thru proclamation. He didn’t. And so in the end he lost. I knew what I was talking about. Many said there was no way we would lose this election. I said there was no way we would win.
Trump has done deals with the Islamic nations, sucked up to Mamdani and allowed immigration to run wild. He secured the border but allowed visas to stay over 10m per year. He did not implement mass deportations, instead of sending home the tens of millions of illegal workers who are stealing American jobs, he sent home a small crowd of illegals criminals—that did nothing to solve the problem.
The perfect example is to look at Texas. The state is now completely blue. 
In 1970: White population was 89%.
In 2000: 50%.
Now it’s less than 39%.
Mark my word. Trump will give an amnesty to the 50+ million illegals who are here. Why? This way the Democrats do not hang him out to dry. If he does: Trump will go down as the worst president in modern history.  If I am correct, like I was tonite…we will never win another election.

For the past 2½ years, I have warned Texas every single day about the TAKEOVER happening! EVERY day!
I told you the same machine that just captured New York is already operating in your state.
Mosques doubling as political outposts. School boards and city councils being targeted. Parallel societies rejecting assimilation.
The Red-Green alliance using the same playbook: infiltrate, ally with the radical left, and seize power from the inside.
Your highest levels of government did the bare minimum. While the problem grew, the people in charge treated it like a side issue because many of them were taking money from the radicals taking over your state!
The few politicians who actually tried to fight it were left hanging. No real backup from the higher-ups. No consistent pressure. No willingness to confront the networks funding and organizing this. They were isolated while the machine kept advancing.
Texas still has time. New York doesn’t.
We will fight like hell in 2028, but we MUST start electing REAL conservatives who are willing to do what it takes to go after the bad actors!
The warnings have been public and daily. The results of ignoring them are playing out in real time.
