A heartfelt thank you to the Delhi Government for taking strict legal action against those responsible for demolishing the under-construction animal shelter. 🙏❤️ Animal shelters are built with compassion, sacrifice and years of dedication to protecting voiceless souls. Destroying such initiatives is heartbreaking and unacceptable. Animal welfare deserves protection, not destruction. Truly grateful for this strong stand towards justice and compassion. ❤️ @CMODelhi @gupta_rekha

Have you ever seen a Bollywood actor speak this Unapologetically? “Kashmir belongs to India. 🇮🇳🔥 Pakistan can’t even manage its own country, so how can it fight a war with us? One day, the people of Pakistan themselves will revolt against their own country.” — Vijay Deverakonda

CHUKNAGAR MASSACRE: ~10,000 BENGALI HINDU REFUGEES MASSACRED WHILE TRYING TO REACH INDIA On 20 May 1971, Pakistani Army soldiers opened fire on thousands of unarmed civilians gathered at Chuknagar, in the Dumuria area of Khulna, then East Pakistan. Most were Bengali Hindu refugees fleeing violence and persecution, hoping to reach safety in India. THE REFUGEES Following Operation Searchlight, launched by the Pakistan Army on 25 March 1971, Hindu families across southern East Pakistan began fleeing their villages. Chuknagar became an important transit point because of its location along the Bhadra River and the route towards the Indian border through Satkhira. Refugees arrived from Khulna, Bagerhat, Rampal, Mongla, Sharankhola, Batiaghata, Dacope and even distant areas such as Barishal and Faridpur. By 18 - 19 May, enormous crowds had gathered around Chuknagar bazaar, Patkhola Beel and the riverbanks. Families carried their belongings, cooked meals in the open and rested before continuing their journey towards India. They believed Chuknagar offered a relatively safe passage because Pakistani troops had not yet established a permanent presence there. THE INFORMATION PASSED TO THE PAKISTAN ARMY According to accounts documented by historian Muntassir Mamoon and later reporting, Ghulam Hossain, chairman of Atlia Union, informed the Pakistani military camp at Satkhira about the large gathering of refugees on 19 May. The following morning, Pakistani troops arrived. THE MASSACRE Around 10 to 11 a.m. on 20 May, a small contingent of Pakistani soldiers arrived near Jhautala at Malotia intersection. The soldiers were armed with light machine guns and semi-automatic rifles. According to eyewitness accounts, they divided into three groups. One moved towards Chuknagar bazaar. Another advanced towards Malopara Raypara along the Bhadra River. The third moved towards Patkhola Beel, where refugees had gathered. They opened fire on civilians attempting to escape. People ran towards the river, hid behind trees, took shelter in boats or tried to escape through nearby fields. Many were shot while fleeing. Others jumped into the Bhadra River, where witnesses reported that soldiers continued firing at people in the water. The shooting continued for several hours. Some accounts place its conclusion around 4 p.m., others around 5 p.m. THE TESTIMONY OF NITAI GAYEN Nitai Gayen, a Hindu survivor from Batiaghata, was travelling towards India with his family. He recalled that Pakistani soldiers opened fire just as the refugees were preparing to leave. Eight members of his family were killed, including his father and uncle. Nitai survived and later described the massacre to researchers and journalists. THE BODIES IN THE BHADRA RIVER After the shooting stopped, bodies lay scattered across fields, roads, the bazaar and riverbanks. Abul Kalam, a Chuknagar bazaar merchant who witnessed the aftermath, recalled that the number of dead made ordinary burial or cremation impossible. According to his testimony, the bazaar committee hired approximately 40 to 45 labourers from local jute warehouses to remove bodies. Many were thrown into the Bhadra and Ghangrail rivers. Witnesses described the river carrying blood and bodies downstream. Abdul Haque, then a student searching for his father near Dibya Rural Secondary School, later recalled seeing a baby attempting to suckle from her dead mother's breast. HOW MANY WERE KILLED? The exact death toll remains unknown. Local historians, survivors and memorial organisations commonly cite more than 10,000 deaths. However, there was no complete official count. Many victims were refugees from distant villages. Some families were entirely wiped out, leaving nobody to identify the dead. THE MEMORIAL Chuknagar is now recognised as one of the major massacre sites of the Bangladesh Liberation War. A memorial, the Chuknagar Shaheed Smritishoudho, stands in remembrance of those killed.

Horrifying cruelty. A shopkeeper picked up a child customer and forcibly seated him over a hot stove - apparently for being annoyed by him Visuals are disturbing. The child’s rear is badly burnt. His father is running around in hospital and police station If an adult can subject a child to such torture, he is unfit to function in society We @sewanyaya are intervening to demand strictest punishment possible in the case. Else the man gets easy bail and continues business as usual

🤐 Chutttt !

This one is real, not AI - Cute and natural. You can tell by: 1. Physics is perfect - The shadows of the calf, the cow, and the corn on the concrete floor stay consistent. The way the calf picks up the corn in its mouth, the wobble when it runs, the dust - AI still struggles with that. 2. Repetitive natural behavior - The calf does the same thing 3 times: picks a corn cob from the pile -> runs to its mother, feeds her. AI videos usually don't loop the exact same smart action like this. 3. No AI glitches - Look at the legs, tail, and the corn - nothing melts, morphs or disappears suddenly. The mother's chewing is natural. What's happening is actually very sweet - the baby calf is feeding its mother. Calves do this sometimes, it's learned affection / sharing behavior.
