If you look closely at the forearm of Michelangelo’s Moses, you’ll find a tiny muscle that only tightens when you lift your little finger, and since Moses has his little finger raised, Michelangelo carved that muscle tensed beneath the marble...
He poured that extraordinary knowledge of the human body into a statue carved between 1513 and 1515 for one of the most ambitious projects of his life: the tomb of Pope Julius II.
The horns on his head, which surprise almost everyone who sees them, come from the Latin Bible of the time. In the Book of Exodus, the Hebrew word describing Moses’ face as he came down from the mountain with the Ten Commandments is usually translated today as “shining,” but it is related to the Hebrew word for “horn,” and Saint Jerome’s Latin translation rendered the passage as “his face was horned.” By Michelangelo’s time, artists across Europe had been showing Moses with horns for centuries, and he followed that long tradition.
Today Moses sits in the church of San Pietro in Vincoli in Rome, looking so alive that it’s easy to forget he’s made of stone. Michelangelo seems to have felt the same way: according to a famous story, when he finished the statue, he was so proud of how real it looked that he struck it on the knee with his hammer and shouted, “Why don’t you speak?”
I’ve stood in front of him, and I can tell you that in person it really does feel as if he might answer at any moment…
This has got to be the biggest save in SNL history, and it started with a dress rehearsal that went badly.
April 8, 2000. Christopher Walken, hosting for the fourth time, plays producer Bruce Dickinson in a sketch about Blue Öyster Cult recording “Don’t Fear the Reaper.” Will Ferrell plays the cowbell player. Jimmy Fallon says that in dress rehearsal it was okay, “not even that great.”

Do all people have good in them?
Is it important to support the diversity of each person?
If your answer to these questions is yes, you are at risk of exploitation & harm.
I have studied predators for decades. Millions of people are ‘bad’ & only do good things to disguise this.

This guy has more integrity than all those other streamers. That’s how I will refer to Aidan and his crew. They stream, talk shit, demand money without giving anything in return except their obsessions on who they target for that week. Say what you want about Mike, but his heart is made of gold. He’s just a simple guy who respects most, but he also has feelings too. We aren’t made of stone. If someone fights back, like Mike, some of you start with the insults, yet it’s ok for Aidan and Will to say the most disgusting things and degrade EVERYBODY. They are jealous. They’re lonely and unhappy. This will be their lives in a few years…mark my words. Go ahead and encourage their atrociously hurtful behavior. It shows what a lowlife you are. This man runs his own businesses. I’m thinking of starting my own dog walking business because I know it can be very lucrative and you get to enjoy dogs that bring so much happiness to us humans. That’s another great characteristic of a caring human, an animal lover. You have a heart. This man would’ve been there to help out you know who, but Aidan doesn’t get what a good person is. Mike had the NERVE to tell him that he was blowing it. None of you all, whom you say that you care about Aidan, stepped in to say shit. Mike has weathered the storm of all you aholes that came after him, enjoying the pileup because you’re sick humans. Black hearts, sadistic, miserable, ugly humans. What a way to live.
Mike is now being reasonable with all sides. Mike admits he should have just reported the KR case without bias and I FULLY AGREE. Aidan isn’t a reporter. Karen fed him and Aidan spit it out, then Karen had to proofread his reports because he doesn’t have his shit together. You spreading rumors saying that Mike is against Karen is an outright lie. He said NOONE knows what happened that night. NOBODY! Mike said he still supports Karen, but you scum bag riders lie, because your daddy lied to you and like a cult, you didn’t question the veracity of the statement. You have no brains, no logic. Everyone knows Aidan is a pathological liar and some of you intelligent riders know that. Keep falling for it. Make Aidan rich. I laugh at it now. What a waste.
If you riders come on my post to insult, I’m booting your ass to block island with the rest of the deplorable degenerates. I have no patience anymore for your lies, and BS. I follow those that have some kind of compassion and who can speak with some of their own thoughts. I’ve never encountered so many vile adults in this KR community. Good luck with that.
I don’t think anybody doubted that Meredith won this.
I’m still curious on whether or not the people that won the gift cards at trivia night got those?
Over three decades ago Jerry and I saved a cat. We worked in dog rescue but when we went to pick up a couple of dogs from this house that had been shut down by animal control we saw this big pointed cat in a cage. we asked what was going to happen to him and they were going to PTS him because he was feral. I said I would take him and animal control was very happy. It was very handsome cat but he was really big and really angry.
We took him back to our house and I put him in a big 700 wire crate, I got bit multiple times and a full out attack on my arm just moving him from the trap cage to the big cage. He wasn’t neutered. He had huge jowls.
I spent the first week putting food in his cage, and just reading to him while I sat there next to the cage. Every day I moved the bowl of food a little closer to where I was sitting he finally got used to my voice and my presence. Instead of reading in bed every night I sat and read to this cat.
Week two I decided it was time to touch him again, so while he was eating, I put my finger in the crate, and I gently touched him on the shoulder. The first time he smacked me good, more blood, but not so bad this time every day we did the same thing until finally he came up to me for me to touch him without feeding him.
After a month, I felt like we had made good progress and I decided I was going to open the cage and pet him. I was so afraid he was going to get me again cause he bit me quite a few times at first day, but we had built a rapport at that point. he started pushing his head into my hand and the next thing I knew he was jumping towards my face and I thought fuck this is, he’s going to bite my face. He didn’t, though, he just wanted to snuggle in my neck, and that was the day Fester became our cat. He turned into the sweetest, most loving cat I have ever owned.
Never give up on cats, even the most feral can come around with patients love and a lot of good food.
😭😭😭
This is so horrific and heartbreaking 💔 Absolutely nothing could prepare me for that, he looked terrified! I remember seeing him on Ellen. Please give him support and a follow @EliasTheKid ! 💙💙

Just stop! This is my message for those posting comments blaming Sandra Birchmore for other sexual encounters besides Matthew Farwell. Someone commented on a Facebook post recently about Sandra Birchmore: “She’s no angel! What was done to her was wrong, but she knew what she was doing as she got older.”
That statement and others like it reflect a profound misunderstanding of grooming and childhood sexual exploitation.
As I explained on @JusticeServedTV Sandra's sexual encounters with other men cannot be separated from the grooming that began when she was just 12 years old.
Grooming is not simply about obtaining sex from a child. It is about systematically dismantling that child's understanding of love, trust, boundaries, and relationships.
Farwell exploited Sandra's vulnerabilities and her admiration for police officers. Through years of relentless manipulation, he conditioned her to associate sexual availability with affection, acceptance, and approval.
This is the reason groomers like Farwell can continue to sexually exploit victims into adulthood and leave them vulnerable to exploitation by others. That conditioning did not disappear when Sandra turned 18.
A birthday does not erase years of psychological manipulation.
What some characterize as promiscuity, actually reflects the lasting consequences of childhood sexual exploitation. Sandra's adult behavior must be understood in the context of what was done to her as a child.
As a Juvenile Court judge for more than two decades, I saw firsthand how grooming and sexual trauma can distort a young person's understanding of relationships and personal boundaries.
Stop judging and blaming Sandra for behaviors shaped by years of grooming that distorted her understanding of personal boundaries and left her vulnerable to continued sexual exploitation. Just stop.

United States Marine Corps Lance Corporal Justin Mark Ellsworth was killed in action on November 13, 2004 in Anbar Province, Iraq. Justin was 20 years old and from Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Combat Service Support Battalion 1, Combat Service Support Group 11, 1st Force Service Support Group. Remember Justin. Semper Fidelis.🇺🇸🎖️
She and I have so much in common, more important than the USMC the fact that we use our child abuse victims stories to help others.
So this gentleman decided that because I spoke publicly about surviving childhood abuse, I must be using X for therapy and should seek professional help. Then he promptly blocked me so I couldn’t respond.
I’m 73 years old. I’ve been through therapy, dealt with my past, and survived things he knows absolutely nothing about.
I don’t share my experiences because I’m looking for sympathy or a therapy session. I share them because other survivors contact me privately, sometimes telling me things they’ve never had the courage to tell anyone else.
Here’s something he apparently doesn’t understand. Speaking about surviving abuse isn’t a sign that someone needs help. Sometimes it’s how survivors help others.
And if you’re going to publicly question someone’s mental health, at least have the backbone to stick around for their answer.
The two-year-old is still missing.
•The Incident: On March 15, 2026, Mena Police Sgt. Eddie Price pepper-sprayed, punched, and arrested a father named Edward Ross Corristan Jr. outside the Mena Police Department in Mena, Arkansas.
•The Context: Corristan went to the station holding a Polk County judge's order granting him sole custody of his 2-year-old son, Craig "Kiki" Corristan, who had been missing since November 2025. Corristan repeatedly asked Sgt. Price to help file a missing person report and enforce the custody order.
•
•The Escalation: When Price walked toward his patrol car to leave, Corristan stood near the driver’s side door and asked him not to leave. After telling Corristan to back away multiple times, Price deployed pepper spray and struck him.
•
•The Legal Outcome: On July 21, 2026, a Mena District Court found Corristan guilty of interference with a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct, and fined him.
•
•Current Status: Following public backlash over viral video footage of the arrest, the Mena Police Department turned the case files over to the Arkansas State Police for an independent review. Sgt. Price remained on active duty, and the child remains listed as missing.

Edmund Kemper's mother locked him in the basement every night through a trapdoor hidden under the kitchen table. He was 10 years old. He could hear rats running around him in the dark.
At 13, he was burying cats alive and digging them up to play with. At 15, he shot and killed both his grandparents. When asked why he killed the grandfather, he said: "I didn't want him to suffer knowing his wife was dead."
They sent him to a psychiatric hospital for the criminally insane. He was the youngest patient there. The staff loved him - smart, cooperative, polite. They made him a trusted assistant and gave him access to every sex offender's case file in the building. Detailed methods. Techniques of deception. How they selected victims, how they avoided detection. He memorized all of it.
After 5 years, the doctors believed they had cured him. They released him at 20 with one condition: do not place him with his mother. The youth authority ignored it and sent him straight to her doorstep.
Within two years, six college girls vanished across Santa Cruz. Body parts washed in from the ocean. Severed heads were found in the mountains. Police had no suspect, no pattern, no leads. They named the unknown killer the Co-Ed Butcher and launched the biggest manhunt in the county's history.
Every night after work, the detectives hunting the Co-Ed Butcher went to a bar called The Jury Room. A friendly regular they called Big Ed would sit with them, buy rounds, ask about the case. Great personality. Likable guy. 6'9", 280 pounds.
Big Ed was Edmund Kemper. He was sitting with them discussing his own murders while the victims' remains were still in his car.
One morning at 5AM, a cop picked up the phone. It was Ed, calling from a phone booth in Colorado. He hadn't slept in days. He said he had killed his mother, her best friend, and every single missing co-ed.
The police who spent months hunting the most terrifying serial killer in California had been drinking beers with him the entire time.
He was never caught. He gave himself up. Not because he felt guilt - but because after killing his mother, there was no one left to kill for.
I have no doubt people will fund this repair.😭
I have been asked about what is the Marine Corps doing about the Iwo Jima monument that was destroyed by the illegal at Quantico
This monument was built with private funds, so there will be no government funds to repair it.
In cooperation with the Base Commander and Marine Corps Headquarters, the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation has launched a fundraising campaign to support the restoration of the monument. Their goal is to start restoration efforts as soon as possible.
I’m sharing this for all my Marine Corps, brothers and sisters who might want to help rebuild this monument and for any other American who would like to see it rebuilt.

New York let this man out of prison after he killed two children. Within two years he had killed 11 more people.
This is Arthur Shawcross. In 1972 he took a plea deal for the deaths of a 10-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl. He served less than 15 years. In 1987 the parole board signed his release, and his parole officer moved him to Rochester without telling the local police.
Women started disappearing from the same streets he drove every night. He even warned his girlfriend to be careful because "a bad guy" was out there.
They caught him by accident. A police helicopter spotted a body frozen under a bridge, and he was standing on that bridge.
In the video below he sits in a maximum security prison and talks about all of it like he's describing his weekend. He laughs, then calmly says there's a bad man inside him, behind a door, and he's trying to keep him there.
Then the interviewer asks about the families of the women he killed.
"I don't have any remorse, for some reason. It's not there."
He got 250 years and died in prison in 2008. The prosecutor from 1972 said that if he had gotten a real murder sentence back then, those women would still be alive.
Who has more blood on their hands, the man who killed them or the people who let him out?
Some important pieces missing from this, John Denver decided not to refill the plane before takeoff.
He only had two hours flight time in the cockpit of the redesign
The NTSB officially determined that the probable cause of the crash was:
1Diverted Attention: The pilot's attention was diverted from operating the plane while trying to manipulate the fuel selector handle.
2Inadvertent Rudder Application: While stretching to reach the awkwardly placed handle, Denver accidentally pushed his right foot down on the rudder pedal, causing the aircraft to veer, roll to the right, and dive into Monterey Bay.
3Inadequate Preflight Fueling: Denver's failure to refuel the aircraft before takeoff was noted as a direct causal factor.
The plane crash that killed John Denver.
On October 12, 1997, John Denver took off from the airport in Monterey, California, piloting an experimental Long-EZ he had just purchased and in which he had logged only a couple of hours of flight time.
He was a pilot with nearly 2,750 hours of experience, but that aircraft had a critical modification, the fuel selector, which was supposed to be between the pilot’s legs, had been relocated behind his left shoulder, with no markings to indicate the positions.
Minutes after takeoff, the engine began to sputter due to a lack of fuel. To switch tanks, Denver had to release the controls and turn his body almost completely backward, in a maneuver that the subsequent investigation deemed virtually impossible to perform in mid-flight.
The plane lost control near Pacific Grove, pitched up, veered sharply, and crashed into the Pacific Ocean. Denver died instantly at the age of 53, bringing to a close the life of the man behind some of the most iconic songs in country music history.
