The largest committed GPU financing ever.
Key details:
• Next-generation NVIDIA Vera Rubin chips for SpaceX’s data centers.
• More computing capacity to power Grok for consumers and businesses, alongside its cloud services.
• Financing led by Apollo and Goldman Sachs, with anchor commitments from funds and accounts managed or advised by BlackRock, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and KKR.
• Closing expected before the end of 2026, subject to closing conditions.
• GPU deliveries and lease schedules expected to begin in the first half of 2027.

LIGHTNING LABS LAUNCHES WAVELENGTH ON BITCOIN MAINNET, ENABLING AI AGENTS TO MAKE AUTONOMOUS PAYMENTS
Lightning Labs has opened Wavelength to everyone, allowing AI agents to send and receive Bitcoin payments over Lightning without human approval for each transaction.
Agents can autonomously pay for API calls, purchase data, and transact with other agents for fractions of a cent using Lightning and L402, without credit cards, accounts, or API keys.
Developers can integrate payments into apps without running Lightning nodes, managing channels, or sourcing liquidity.
The self-custodial toolkit supports independent on-chain exits, with initial limits of 300,000 sats per wallet and a 0.25% service fee on Lightning payments.
Wavelength remains in alpha, with stablecoin support planned.

Crazy! Anthropic grew from $1.1 billion in H1 2025 revenue to $16.3 billion in H1 2026 — a 14.8x increase in twelve months. Amazon's first $16 billion in annual revenue took 21 years to build. Google: 10 years. Apple: 20 years. Anthropic hit it in one business half.

SpaceX is setting up @Starlink Mobile to become a true powerhouse in the U.S. wireless market.
You’ll be able to have a Starlink plan the same way you’d have a T-Mobile or Verizon plan. The difference is that Starlink aims to deliver 5G connectivity directly to unmodified phones with no dead zones. Connectivity will work inside buildings as well.
New devices will include the chipsets required for Starlink Mobile’s full 5G service starting in 2027.
The big three (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T), are downplaying the fact that many of their customers would make the switch in a heart beat.
