I Lost Money in Crypto More Times Than I Can Count. Not once. Not twice. Countless times. Before I knew anything about blockchain, wallets, or on-chain research, I was just another person chasing opportunities with nothing but hope and $50. Like many beginners, I trusted random Telegram groups, WhatsApp calls, and messages that promised easy profits. Every promise ended the same way, I lost money. I created wallet after wallet. I tried MetaMask updates. I followed every expert who claimed to know the next big opportunity. Nothing worked. Every failed attempt made me question whether crypto was even meant for me. There came a point when I felt hopeless. Instead of chasing another promise, I stepped back and locked in. From 2022 into 2023, while many people were focused on price charts, I spent countless hours learning how the crypto ecosystem actually works. Some days I studied for up to 12 hours reading whitepapers, learning about Ethereum, exploring on-chain data, and understanding the technology behind the market instead of blindly following hype. That period taught me the value of patience and consistency. Those aren't just motivational words they're survival skills in crypto. Toward the end of 2023, I joined X and became active in the Web3 community. I also joined the zealy ecosystem, where I earned small rewards through community activities and campaigns sometimes $10, sometimes $20, $30, or $50. It wasn't life changing money, but it was honest progress. Around the same time, I started ghostwriting for founders and Web3 projects. Although I can't mention their names because of confidentiality agreements, that experience changed the way I saw crypto. I learned how to transform complex blockchain concepts into content people could actually understand. That was my turning point. I realized crypto isn't just about making money. It's about building knowledge, creating value, and positioning yourself where your skills matter. Today, people know me as Cryptoson the writer. My journey is still unfolding. I'm steadily growing my audience on X, continuing my research, creating educational content, and helping others avoid the mistakes that once cost me so much. Life hasn't suddenly become easy. My country is still challenging, and success didn't happen overnight. I still spend long hours working, learning, researching, and building because I know where I want to go. I didn't become a crypto researcher because I was lucky. I became one because failure forced me to learn what success never could. And this is only the beginning.

This is going viral but it's misleading. Bitcoin doesn't have "12 insiders" that file reports. Here's what the actual data says 👇 First off: Bitcoin doesn't HAVE "12 insiders." It's decentralized. There's no SEC filing for "BTC insiders" like there is for public stocks. The idea of a centralized group of "insiders" who control or profit from Bitcoin's supply or governance is a fundamental misunderstanding of its architecture: 1. No Pre-mine or Allocation: Bitcoin launched in 2009 with no pre-mined tokens, no venture capital allocation, and no "team" share. Every Bitcoin in existence is either mined through competitive Proof of Work or bought on the open market. 2. Open Source Governance: While there are developers who contribute to the Bitcoin Core software, they don't have the power to change the protocol unilaterally. Any meaningful change requires broad consensus across the entire network of nodes, miners, and users. 3. Code as Law: The monetary policy a hard cap of 21 million coins is encoded in the protocol itself. No committee, executive, or "insider" group can mint more or alter this schedule.

What IS real ? : Whale Distribution: You’re right, large holders (1k–10k BTC) have been in a clear distribution phase, shedding approximately 188,000 BTC over the past year. After aggressive accumulation in 2024, this structural shift highlights a major change in market sentiment among the largest individual players. Corporate Moves: Even the most die hard hodlers have hit reality. Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) broke its multi year silence by selling 32 BTC on June 1 to cover preferred stock distributions. That was only the start; by early July, they had systematically sold over 3,500 BTC to replenish dollar reserves and manage dividend obligations. The Demand Gap: With on-chain data signaling a net demand of approximately -63,000 BTC per month, the market is currently fighting an uphill battle. While institutional inflows (ETFs) and corporate treasury programs have acted as a buffer, they are currently struggling to fully offset the sheer volume of supply hitting the order books from whales, miners, and other long term holders.

Where this likely came from? : A January 2026 post analyzing exchange activity (Coinbase/Binance/Kraken) and executive stock sales was heavily distorted. Someone took reports of significant equity liquidations like CEO Brian Armstrong’s $500M+ in Coinbase stock sales inflated the figures, and added the "12 insiders" framing to drive engagement. Company Stock ≠ Bitcoin: Crypto executives did sell over $1.7 billion in their own company shares in 2025. That is a reflection of corporate treasury management, executive compensation, and personal wealth diversification. Market Reality: The "insider" narrative conveniently ignores that Bitcoin’s protocol lacks the mechanism for insider allocations. When you see big numbers associated with "crypto selling," it’s almost always a combination of institutional whale distribution, corporate balance sheet rebalancing (like Strategy's operations), or equity liquidations in crypto-linked public stocks. Confusing a CEO selling their company's stock with a shadowy cabal selling Bitcoin is a classic engagement bait tactic. It’s designed to incite anger, not explain the market. Bottom line: Yes there's selling pressure. ETFs bought 50k BTC but market sold 157k BTC last month. But don't fall for fake "insider dump" stats with no source. Check on-chain. DYOR.

🚨 Legal Developments: Circle Faces Criminal Complaint in Wisconsin Wisconsin prosecutors have filed a criminal complaint against Circle Internet Financial, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, alleging the company failed to comply with a court-ordered warrant to recover stolen digital assets. The Allegation: Prosecutors in Walworth County, Wisconsin, allege that Circle intentionally obstructed a judicial process. A circuit court judge previously authorized a warrant for the seizure of approximately 381,000 USDC funds identified as stolen from a local scam victim and currently held in a frozen private wallet. Law enforcement contends that Circle’s refusal to invalidate these tokens and transfer equivalent value to the Sheriff’s office constitutes contempt of court. Circle’s Defense: In a recent filing, Circle characterized the criminal complaint as "meritless," arguing that the company lacks the technical capability to perform the "burn and reissue" operation requested by the court. Furthermore, the company has challenged the Wisconsin court's jurisdiction over its operations and asserts that it has not willfully disobeyed any lawful order. Broader Context: This case highlights an intensifying tension between state-level law enforcement and major stablecoin issuers. Prosecutors in New York have similarly expressed concerns regarding Circle’s policy of requiring specific court orders before freezing or moving assets, arguing that these bureaucratic hurdles allow illicit funds to remain beyond the reach of victims. While Circle complied with an initial request to freeze 381,000 USDC held in a private wallet last year, they reached an impasse when presented with a December court warrant. The warrant ordered them to "invalidate" the frozen tokens and reissue an equivalent amount to the Sheriff’s office. Circle’s defense centers on three pillars: Technical Limitation: They assert they lack the burn and reissue capability requested by the court. Jurisdictional Challenge: They argue the Wisconsin court lacks authority over their platform operations. Policy Constraints: They maintain that they only act under lawful process to protect users from potential arbitrary or politically motivated interference. Why this matters: 1. Precedent for Compliance: The core issue is whether the government can legally compel a private issuer to perform a "burn and reissue" operation. If the courts prevail, every stablecoin issuer could be forced to act as an arm of the judiciary, effectively turning them into regulated bank like entities with mandatory law enforcement duties. 2. Technological Capability vs. Governance: Circle claims it cannot comply due to technical limitations. However, forensic experts argue that the code governing USDC which Circle controls is inherently flexible enough to allow for such actions. This is pitting the code is law ethos against the reality of centralized administrative power. 3. Institutional Stakes: With USDC's market cap hovering around $30B-$75B (depending on the chain reporting), the ripple effects are immense. If issuers are legally required to facilitate asset recovery for every scam, it fundamentally changes the nature of the asset from a permissionless dollar to a programmable, revokable liability.

The two sides according to my research: Prosecution: Arguing that Circle has the technical and administrative power to invalidate frozen tokens and reissue them to victims. Their position is that the company must act as an extension of the law to prevent criminals from profiting while victims suffer. Circle: Maintaining the request is meritless and legally flawed. They cite a lack of technical ability to perform the specific burn and reissue operation requested and challenge the Wisconsin court's jurisdiction over their platform. (The Fallout:) If circle looses: Every stablecoin issuer effectively becomes a regulated arm of the judiciary. This would force them to act on local warrants across the globe, fundamentally changing the nature of stablecoins from permissionless assets to programmable/revokable liabilities. If Circle wins: It strengthens the unstoppable money narrative and confirms that issuers have firm boundaries regarding when and how they intervene in blockchain activity. This case is becoming the definitive battleground for the future of digital asset governance. The outcome will likely force a federal level clarification on the responsibilities of stablecoin issuers. Circle called it meritless, but the fact that it's a CRIMINAL complaint not a civil one is the real headline. This is landing at a pivotal moment. The GENIUS Act is currently reshaping the regulatory landscape, and with major players like Sony, PayPal, and Circle all competing for dominance, regulators are drawing a hard line on what compliance actually means. They are no longer interested in corporate best efforts; they are demanding operational control. We are officially entering the compliance or bust phase of the stablecoin era. Keep your eyes on this case it’s going to define the legal boundaries for the entire industry. Source: ICIJ

This is top notch. Imagine this as a crypto trader who made 150k dollars in single trade in 2015 and all of sudden, starts to lose motives and now earns 1,500 because he's still using the same pattern he learnt since 2015 till date without adding the new strategy of new era trading. 🚨 TRUMP: "If the US doesn't develop cryptocurrency, other countries will take over" Speaking at the White House today, President Trump emphasized that his support for cryptocurrency is rooted in national strategic necessity, specifically to ensure the U.S. does not fall behind global competitors. He added: "No one truly understands how powerful Bitcoin really is." The president is clearly signaling a pivot to an "all-in" stance on digital assets. With the administration framing crypto as a critical component of national security and economic dominance, the narrative has shifted from political debate to an active race for global leadership. The strategy is set the U.S. intends to be the home of the future financial infrastructure. 👀 July 9, 2026 This is the most bullish thing a US president has ever said about crypto. The administration is officially framing digital assets not just as a financial tool, but as a critical pillar of national security and the future of American economic dominance. With the White House actively positioning the U.S. to become the "crypto capital of the world," the narrative has shifted from political debate to an active race for global leadership. Bitcoin is now a cornerstone of the new American industrial policy. The race is on. Key quotes from the recent White House Digital Assets Summit: "My core reason for supporting crypto is to prevent other countries from taking dominance." "Bitcoin has tremendous vitality and a massive audience." "No one truly understands how powerful Bitcoin really is." With the administration’s formal focus on the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and the push to make the U.S. the global "crypto capital," the pivot from skepticism to full scale institutional integration is now complete. The message is clear: crypto is no longer just an industry it's a national interest. Trump also called out the Biden administration: He argued they were staunchly anti crypto, only pivoting to a pro crypto stance after suffering significant political damage in the polls. Translation: Crypto is officially a core voting issue. The administration is betting that voters will reward the shift toward a "crypto first" economy, turning what was once a fringe topic into a cornerstone of American electoral strategy. The political math is simple: deliver for the industry, secure the crypto voter base, and win. Why this matters: 1: Nation state competition is real. The US is now openly competing against China and the UAE for global crypto dominance. 2: "No one understands how powerful BTC is" = A $1M+ Bitcoin narrative coming directly from the Oval Office. 3: Crypto is officially bipartisan and a critical national security priority. The US has made its choice: Lead the digital asset revolution, don't ban it. Bullish doesn’t even cover it. The era of "Permissionless America" has officially arrived. We went from "Bitcoin is for criminals" in 2018 to "We must dominate crypto or lose to other countries" in 2026. The pivot is complete. With the administration shifting toward a "crypto-first" framework opposing capital gains taxes on crypto payments and moving to a neutral regulatory approach, the narrative has fundamentally changed. The focus is now on strategic national interest, innovation, and maintaining a global competitive edge. The political "flippening" is here. Make America Great Again (MAGA) Source: @WuBlockchain

🚨 Who is this guy? A mystery wallet on #Polymarket just made waves with a single, massive move. The account placed exactly ONE bet, walked away with a $1.22M profit, and immediately liquidated the entire balance before vanishing into the void. No transaction history. No prior activity. No digital footprint. Just one perfectly timed play and an immediate exit. Is this the ultimate "degen" gamble, or did someone just prove that insider information is the only way to win big in this market? 👀 The breakdown: The account was created, funded, and deployed for a single, high stakes wager. Once the bet resolved in their favor, the $1.22M profit was moved out immediately. With no previous on chain history and a clean exit, the community is debating whether this was a masterclass in "degen" timing or yet another example of sophisticated actors utilizing non public information to front run market moving events. Polymarket has seen this before during elections. But $1.2M on one bet with a fresh wallet? This is triggering a massive debate on X: A) God tier conviction (the ultimate "smart money" play). B) Insider knowledge (front running a specific outcome). C) Complex money laundering (cleaning funds through prediction markets). Regardless of the motive, the speed and scale of this exit are drawing eyes from on chain sleuths. When a "ghost" wallet makes this kind of profit and vanishes without a trace, it highlights the growing volatility and opacity of decentralized prediction markets. CT needs answers who is moving this much capital and why? Prediction markets are becoming serious institutional battlegrounds. When whales start treating platforms like Polymarket as high stakes liquidity hubs with $1M+ wagers, it’s a clear signal which means that both retail and big money players are paying attention. The barrier between gambling and strategic hedging is thinning rapidly. Whoever is behind this move, the execution was surgical. They made their play, captured the upside, and vanished before the dust even settled. Anyone have the wallet address or on chain breadcrumbs on this one? The streets need to know.

🚨 BREAKING: Sony Bank secures US regulatory green light. Sony Bank has received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to establish a U.S. national trust bank. The new subsidiary, Connectia Trust, is slated to launch this month with $40 million in capital. The entity aims to provide a regulated framework for the issuance and management of U.S. dollar denominated stablecoins, with operations targeted for a 2027 rollout. This move marks a major shift as a global technology giant bridges traditional finance with the digital asset economy under federal oversight. Big bank stablecoins are here. 👀 The plan: Launch “Connectia Trust” in the U.S. in 2027. First product: A U.S. dollar backed stablecoin. A Fortune Global 500 gaming and media giant is officially entering the stablecoin space, signaling a major move to bridge traditional finance with the digital asset economy. Why this matters: 1. OCC approval = regulatory legitimacy. 2. Sony has 100M+ PlayStation users they can onboard. 3. More big banks = less "crypto is shady" narrative. The stablecoin war is officially starting. With a global tech giant entering the fold, we are shifting from "experimentation" to mass institutional adoption. We now have: Circle, PayPal, Sony, and soon every major bank. 2026 is rapidly becoming the year stablecoins shift from "crypto native" tools to the bedrock of global financial infrastructure. With clear regulatory frameworks like the GENIUS Act now in effect and institutions like the OCC granting national trust charters, the stablecoin sector is no longer an experiment it’s an "always on" settlement layer for the digital era. The race for compliant, enterprise grade liquidity is officially on. Source: @TheBlockCo

Big news in crypto: Tether Treasury has just burned $2.5 billion in USDT on the Ethereum network, marking the largest burn activity we’ve seen since February. This massive reduction in supply coincides with a significant and observable drop in USDT liquidity on Binance via the Tron network, raising urgent questions about current market positioning. As these tokens are removed from circulation, the shift in liquidity across major exchanges suggests a strategic tightening or repositioning of capital that traders need to watch closely. Gold is shifting into its most bullish seasonal window, signaling a potential reversal of the recent market trend. Over the last two decades, July has delivered +1.5% average gains with a 65% win rate, establishing it as gold's second strongest month of the year. The data shows that this momentum often carries forward, August has historically outperformed even July, boasting an average gain of +1.6% since 2005. Conversely, the market just exited a notoriously difficult period, as June has consistently been the weakest month for the asset, recording an average decline of -0.4% and positive returns only 40% of the time during that same timeframe. When you compare the structural weakness of June against the statistical strength of the upcoming Q3 window, the seasonal tide is clearly turning. The critical question remains: are institutional investors positioning for this historical flip, or will external macroeconomic variables override the seasonal cycle this time around? The data suggests the bulls are back in control, but in this climate, nothing is guaranteed.
