For shits and giggles, I decided to look at the Norfrica tease in Isom#1. The lyrics on the pages of the book are actual lines in the song.
They really could have just locked the lyrics into a vault as part of a song that never gets fully revealed but they went the extra mile.
The Norfrica: Glorious Death #1 launch trailer is here—featuring the official in-universe single “Glorious Death.”
Pre-order the book and purchase the single on all major digital platforms!

It was called Spiderman, not Spiderman's Girlfriend.
In the trilogy… Toby Maguire had 5 hours and 31 minutes of actual on screen time. Kirsten Dunst had roughly 37 minutes of actual screen time.
However… over the trilogy he made roughly 36.5 million to her 19 million.
So she made almost $514,000 per minute of on screen time to his $111,000 per minute of on air screen time.
Seems to me, she got paid 4.5 times more than he did.
Genuinely can't agree more on this. This was my main gripe with how Wardogs went into EA and how it was almost impossible to play on day one. Lacking in content is perfectly fine but the content that is there needs to be reasonably functional.
The studios behind Valheim, Subnautica, Hades, Phasmophobia, Paralives, and Deadhaus Sonata discuss the highs and lows of Early Access. "[Players] might be more forgiving when it comes to content, but they still expect a polished game." bit.ly/4zfrXbx

I can be abrasive and theatrical but, I don't view my own opinions as absolute truth.
I'm the most average gamer, with little more than surface level knowledge speaking candidly about what I love.
If I am too much for you, you really don't represent this audience anymore.
I think where you lose people is the implication that a hero shooter is the place for such designs. In hero shooters, fighters, gachas or moba's or any other game with a roster of characters, you need instantly iconic/likeable characters, especially when you want to sell skins.

Taken from the comments section of my Castlevania: Belmont's Curse video...
I couldn't agree more.
Genuinely, one of the most fascinating things about the Harry Potter IP is that a solid 99% of the questions you can possibly have from the movies are directly answered in the books.
AK requires a lot from the caster and that is why Voldemort was so feared, he casts it easily.

Here's the thing.
These aren't unrelated.
The corporations allowed "woke", and likely even encouraged it, because they thought it was going to make them money.
They were convinced by "marketing specialists" and consultants.
Devs who agreed ran with it.
This led to games that didn't make money.
Which led EA to a private equity buy out.
Which led to the new owners cutting things that aren't profitable, so that they can free up money to invest in something that might.
That something is Star Wars.
This is a situation where all of these things are what led to this result - not a one of them is what did it in isolation.
Sooner we can discuss that instead of trying to crystallize it to just one element, the sooner the AAA and large corporations might fix something.
Though hopefully they'll just die so new things can rise out of the ashes.
NEW: Why did EA shut down BioWare? Twitter thinks the studio failed because it was too woke. BlueSky thinks Saudi Arabia killed the studio for being too gay.
The real reason? Star Wars bloomberg.com/news/newslette…
Something people like Joe here aren't ready to admit yet is that "culture war crap" and corporate meddling are one and the same. It's not an accident that these companies started getting ESG investments by pushing certain topics right when lootboxes died out
Replying to @8biteric
You are agreeing with me but are confused youself. Corporations are to blame more so than culture war crap that riles you up.
Joe: calls someone fat
Kaida: shows proof he isn't fat
Joe: "oh my god, you're posting gym selfies now?"
Joe, this behavior would be embarassing enough from a child, nevermind a grown ass man.

OOhhhh my god your gym selfies now?! 🤣 You are so tough!! you can win any X arguement now! At no moment in your stupid yelling triggered rant video did you make an actual coherent point other than screaming at me to shutup for hurting your feelings & not agreeing with your "Chud Victory". 🤔 "You came at me!" and now you are crying about my unfair mean "insult" response? are you not aware of the shit that comes outta your own mouth in vids or something? I honestly just repeated your "fat ass" remark to me back at you cuz I thought it was funny & now you in shambles trying to prove to me otherwise with gym selfies. 😂 Get back in "your lane" & continue to seethe about "wokeness" in gaming, fat ass.

The Intiverse is even more confusing to comprehend than the plot of Kingdom Hearts... or not, depending on who you ask
(Not spoiler-free)
I really think sometimes people underestimate the intelligence of animals. Cats like that evolved because they know what prey to attack and when to back off. It may not know exactly what a gun is or how it works, but it sure as hell knows what bad news looks like.
Personally, I disagree with the "stupid and wrong" assessment because I think there's a valid point to "all FF should be turn based". After all, if every game changes characters and world, then gameplay is all that's left to have someone look at the game and say "yeah, that's FF"

If Tim spent even just 10% of the time he spends bitching about Steam and instead opted to make Epic a better platform, Epic could have been a platform worth giving a single fuck about.
Tim Sweeney is taking another shot at Steam.
The Epic Games CEO claims Valve has “held gaming back for years” by locking PC games into Steamworks’ ecosystem.
Sweeney argues that Steam’s social features make it harder for players on PC to communicate cross-platform while also criticizing Steam’s 30% cut.
However, that claim isn’t completely accurate. Valve’s Steam Datagram Relay can also be used across other platforms.
As always, anyone arguing "atb isn't turn based" is being purposefully obtuse. You're waiting for a bar to fill for you to take your turn. Show it to someone who doesn't know what atb means and they'll say it's turn based. It's a distinction without a difference.
Ignoring that the sheer number of steam users makes any claim of "FFR sold about half on PS" utterly outlandish, it's also important to realize that FFR, being a pixel game was simply never going to be the game that revives Final Fantasy for the normies.
