What a loser! As IB head in Kashmir, he had no clue that bus loads of younsters were being sent to the border belt to push them across for training in PoJK.
During his days, the bus conductors of the buses headed to Uri and Kupwara would shout, "Azad Kashmir....Muzaffarabad...." right at the bus stand near Batmaloo in Srinagar.
And he didn't get a wind of it!

रुचिका गहरोत्रा 14 वर्षीय टेनिस खिलाड़ी थी।अपनी सहेली आराधना के साथ प्रैक्टिस करने गई थी।उस समय टेनिस एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष आईपीएस अधिकारी एसपीएस राठौड़ ने उन्हें देखा तो अपने रूम में बुलाया।
आराधना को एसपीएस राठौड़ ने ये कहकर बाहर भेज दिया की जाओ कोच को बुलाकर लाओ।वो अकेली रुचिका के पास आया और उसका हाथ पकड़ कर खींच लिया और छेड़ छाड़ करने लगा।रुचिका चिल्लायी तो उसकी सहेली आराधना आई और उसने भी ये सब देखा।
एसपीएस राठौड़ ने उनको धमकाया की किसी को बताया तो बहुत बुरा होगा।लेकिन रुचिका,उसकी सहेली और उनके परिवार ने हिम्मत दिखायी और पुलिस में कंप्लेंट दे दी।
उस कंप्लेंट पर तो कोई एक्शन हुआ नहीं उल्टा रुचिका के भाई पर चोरी के झूठे मुकदमे लगा दिए गए और थर्ड डिग्री टार्चर किया गया।उसके भाई को नंगा करके उसके घर के आगे से लेकर जाते ताकि रुचिका टूट जाये।
पुलिस वाले सिंपल ड्रेस में रुचिका के घर जाते।धमका कर आते।उसको स्कूल से निकलवा दिया।टेनिस पे रोक लगवा दी।रुचिका डिप्रेशन में चली गई और 2009 एक दिन उसने अपनी जान दे दी।
उस समय की कांग्रेस और चौटाला सरकारों ने राठौड़ के ख़िलाफ़ कोई कार्यवाही तो छोड़ो उसे प्रमोशंस दी।
उसे डीजीपी तक बना दिया।
लेकिन परिवार क़ानूनी लड़ाई लड़ता रहा और राठौड़ को कोर्ट से सजा करवायी।
उस समय की सरकारें लोकतांत्रिक सरकारें थी
और अब तानाशाही चल रही है।

During the Kargil war an Air Force pilot saw his friend shot down over enemy positions. He stayed in the air to help find him. Two days later his own body came back with bullet wounds.
His name was Squadron Leader Ajay Ahuja, from Kota in Rajasthan.
He was 36, a flight commander with No. 17 Squadron. He had trained more than a thousand hours of young pilots.
On 27 May 1999 he was flying a reconnaissance mission over Kargil. Flight Lieutenant Nachiketa, flying nearby, lost his engine and ejected.
Ahuja knew there were enemy missiles in the area. He stayed to help locate Nachiketa.
A Stinger missile hit his MiG 21. He radioed that he had been hit and was ejecting. Then the radio went silent.
On 29 May his body was returned to India.
According to India, the post mortem found a fractured knee and two gunshot wounds, one to the head and one to the chest. India said he was captured alive and shot. Pakistan denied it and said he died from his injuries.
India lodged a complaint for breach of the Geneva Convention.
He left behind his wife Alka and their child.
On 15 August 1999 he was awarded the Vir Chakra.
