You have said you’re in contact with a disgruntled former Shawn Ryan employee? If that’s real, it raises the possibility you had some foreknowledge of the Candace ad placement (which would have been weeks in the works on the sponsorship side). The Glacier piece drops during the beef you started, just days before the ad read (gets amplified through @realstewpeters and Ana of Escobar) the next day, then following that well wouldn't you know, Candace’s first ever ad of glacier and just like the timing of a profile created on the We The Citizens political page is built that same day on the 22nd for a Renn Leah Pfeiffer a grassroots campaign that pretends the Citizens want to ask her to run locally
If nobody can see the timing for what it is, a coordinated smear and self elevation boost for Leah because she was upset her episode got scrapped as it was going to be the launch point for her campaign for Senate in Virginia, then by using Stew and Ana of Escobar as the talking heads, she tried a two or three birds with one stone aimed at Shawn and Candace (Baron catches a stray, poor Baron). If you can’t see that then you all suck at pattern recognition and online investigating.

This probably won't be popular cause there seems to be some perception of 'word = fact' amongst these replies but the public beef made me wary of both of you.
Disclaimer first, I don’t use the Glacier app and didn't even know what it was prior to today. I don't really watch Shawn unless I like the guest (honestly find him pretty boring). But dropping this article right in the middle of your beef isn't the best optics so I decided to research your claims, you hyped up a "follow the money" deep dive and straight away i got the vibe this was written out of animosity cause it literally just consisted of looking up public trademark and pending records to point out that one corporate LLC owns another LLC lol.
I'll start with what I agree and verified, You are entirely correct that the consumer privacy policy fails to mention how they handle court orders or government requests and users should absolutely be demanding HQ update the terms to explicitly outline that process.
However the rest of your piece is very selective and omits context to maintain a narrative that they aren't being transparent. You either miss understood or intentionally failed to distinguish that Glacier runs two entirely separate business offerings. You're treating the original enterprise company and the brand new direct to consumer app as if they are the exact same thing. There is a very clear separation which you framed as 'bait and switch' "Guardian by Glacier" (glacier chat) is their invite only zero knowledge enterprise platform for organizations while "The Glacier App" (the glacier app) is their new consumer product. The consumer burner app routes through standard networks like Twilio and legally must log basic metadata to follow telecom regulations. Holding it to the zero knowledge standards of their invite only separate enterprise platform is comparing apples to oranges at that point.
The claim they changed the privacy policy "after you paid" is so easily verifably incorrect I really do wonder why you published that? There was no bait and switch as you repeatedly claim or sudden policy change. That update was literally just the first actual policy being published for the new app. When it was announced it was just a free waitlist promoted by Ryan and nobody had or was asked to pay yet or was asked to provide card info. Updating placeholder corporate terms to reflect the actual new product before billing is standard pre release buildup.
Lastly may I ask what your resume is?
You specifically framed the Glacier CEO's background in "Telecommunications Exploitation" as a massive red flag which I found super confusing considering what quick research i was able to do regarding yourself, Doesn't his resume state he was NSADoD? Didn't you claim to work 20 years with the NSA/DoD/CIA whatever it was yourself? Can't explain it, but something feels properly off about the whole lot of it. None of these sites or platforms look like they're actually designed to generate real cash flow. Zero ads, zero donation tiers, no obvious paywalls anywhere.

So Elizabeth Lane and “The Leah Files” used to work together until Leah and Stew Peters claimed that Elizabeth’s boyfriend went to South America with Shawn Ryan. That claim appears to have been a lie. When Leah was later asked about it, she said she never made the claim — but she did.
Leah also told Stew Peters that Shawn Ryan wasn’t right in the head when he interviewed her because of psychedelics in South America. When she was questioned about that statement, she denied ever saying it.
