2 Million NEW votes showed up in this election and they ONLY came from 5 counties.
Mayes Middleton was ahead by 647,903 votes in the 249 of the 254 Texas counties.
Then BOOM...2 Million NEW VOTERS showed up Democrat Nathan Johnson in Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Travis & Bexar counties that had NEVER voted before. This is a Sec of State record.
THIS is ballot manufacturing in these 5 counties with illegal voters (don't live in the county, don't live in Texas, don't live on the planet any longer). Here's the breakdown:
Statewide totals (unofficial, from the same Texas Secretary of State compilations used earlier):
• Nathan Johnson (D): 5,133,629
• Mayes Middleton (R): 4,502,442
Votes in the five counties (Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Travis, Bexar):
• Johnson: 2,639,312
• Middleton: 1,360,222
Results in the remaining 249 counties (statewide minus the five counties):
• Nathan Johnson: 5,133,629 − 2,639,312 = 2,494,317
• Mayes Middleton: 4,502,442 − 1,360,222 = 3,142,220
Difference: Middleton led by 647,903 votes in the other 249 counties.

On Friday, in one fell swoop, whether in conjunction with one another or not, both the @TXAG & @TXsecofstate publicly admitted that countywide voting & Electronic Voting Systems (EVS) required to implement it violate our constitutional rights of voter privacy and ballot secrecy, which directly affected well over 100,000 voters in the March 5, 2024 primary in Texas .
As a remedy, they both recommended that county election administrators break federal and state laws, which require voting systems to be auditable. Breaking one law to protect another is not the solution. In fact, it's illegal.
They also sent a clear message that elected officials, non-elected government appointees and bureaucratic agencies, and county election administrations, as well as EVS companies get a pass in continuing to violate federal and state statutes and our constitutional privacy rights. After all they still maintain all the information they are now being told not to share with the public.
If you have been following me on X, you know that as a result of the findings of my recount, on May 17 I sent a petition for redress of grievances regarding countywide voting to the SOS, County Judges & County Election Administrators of the 96 Texas counties administering the Countywide Polling Place Program (CWPPP) on Election Day. By the way, any of the 254 Texas counties that does not opt in to the CWPPP but administers an early voting program allowing voters to vote freely throughout the county is also administering just another form of CWPPP, and is therefore violating the rights of Texas citizens, too.
As of today, I have received responses directly from only Cherokee County and Rockwall County election administrators declining to opt out of the CWPPP, both claiming that they are not violating the privacy rights of their voters. I have also heard from one county that it is checking with its attorney. I haven't received a direct response from any of the other 93 counties. I will take their silence as an admission of the truth of my declaration that they are running illegal elections. But in addition to the public statement from the SOS, I have now read public statements from Travis County and Randall County that they too deem it necessary to break the law and start redacting information that they are required to provide to the public because of voter privacy and ballot secrecy concerns.
We've got a country to save and an election to win.
