#GUpath TURBT, prior high grade pTa PUC yes there is some lovely PAX8 positive flat pattern nephrogenic adenoma, but you'll also notice background pTa PUC is ALSO PAX8 positive! (NA was p63 neg; PUC was p63 pos) ⏬cont'd⏬

great Q! No minimum quant per say I report any %, as long as it is def chorio (syncytios+admixed cytotrophs; often assoc w/hemm). fortunately, per this paper limited chorio (<5%) likely not prognostic anyhow, but for completeness and to correlate with serum HCG I report any
