Nest, hear me out. Thread incoming. Dylan Sheridan. Both he and his wife, Brianne Tierney, have had success out west and starting d1 programs outside the east coast. Package deal, add them with men’s and women’s teams. He coached with Madalon at Princeton, built #1 HS team (1/2)

Opinion Piece: Princeton is getting harder to get into imo. Admissions at Princeton made two future committed student athletes (Not MLax) change High Schools because Admissions wasn’t happy with the level of Academic Rigor. It makes complete sense why Madalon is leaving.

When the announcement is made that SMU lacrosse is a full go, they might not announce the Head Coach at the exact same time. Makes you wonder how long they can go without naming their guy publicly… Princeton HC Madalon will be named the new Head Coach at SMU. One of the biggest moves in the history of the sport

Its Madalon. I was told an Ivy League coach would be offered. If SMU didn’t get their man they are going down the list. The Nest comes on X and says it’s Matt Madalon. Good enough for me. Real question is Who’s the next coach of the Princeton Tigers 🐅 is it Mitchell or Hirsch? Me I’m a Mitchell Guy.

If the money numbers being thrown around for what SMU is willing to put in are true, then there's no point in not just offering Madalon or whomever they want $1 million. There is going to be a D1 men's coach making a million within the next decade. If you're about it, do it now
