1. He is right-handed, along with 90% of individuals. 2. How did his body, which his arm is connected to and that you can clearly see would have ALSO been hit, not hit? Thanks for showing that if he were to have been hit, it would have been a full impact to his entire body.

There you have it folks, all the proof you need that they are corrupt. Anyone who sees how they handled this case would know that it was horrible and did not follow proper procedures.

Hey Bimbo Baggins, Let’s permanently end this fake 'sideswipe' fantasy using basic 3D geometry, anatomy, and momentum. You can't worm out of this: John O'Keefe's deep scratches and marks were exclusively on his right forearm. Think about basic human anatomy—when a person is standing or walking, the inside of the right forearm is structurally shielded by the torso. If he was facing AWAY from the reversing vehicle, the outer parts of his body—his back, right shoulder blade, and right hip—would take the entire brunt of a 24-mph impact. A 6,000-lb SUV cannot physically bypass a man's entire torso to selectively slice up the inside of his hanging arm. Hitting his torso hard enough to launch him would completely crush his ribs and organs, yet his torso had ZERO impact trauma. If you claim he was facing TOWARD the car with his arm held out in the road to take the hit, it gets even more absurd. An unanchored, hanging 10-lb human arm behaves like a loose pendulum. Under the laws of momentum, clipping a loose 10-lb arm cannot transfer enough kinetic energy to launch a 216-lb body 10 to 12 feet deep onto a grass lawn, which is exactly where the Commonwealth's own scene mapping proved his body was found. To throw a body that far onto the grass, the car MUST hit his center of mass. Whether he was facing toward it, away from it, standing, or walking, your theory is a geometric joke. A 3-ton SUV cannot select a single inner forearm to obliterate its own heavy internal plastic housing, transfer 4,000 lbs of peak force to throw a whole body 12 feet onto a lawn, yet leave the arm completely unbroken and unbruised. The independent federal ARCCA experts explicitly modeled this exact 3D geometry and testified under oath that it was a physical impossibility.

"Why does the OCME have a specialist on site for specific organs?" "We, as a rule, any homicides involving head injuries, the brain is automatically saved and given to the neuropathologist, or if there are cardio issues, the heart will be retained and given to the pathologist." "Does the OCME have an asphyxia on staff?" "No." "Does the OCME have any experts on altered or staged crime scenes on staff?" "Objection." "Sustained." "May I have one moment? Nothing further."

"What information do you rely on when doing your investigations?" "Police and EMS reports. Other medical documents. Maybe court documents if it gets that far." "What else?" "Toxicology results, additional other expert reports, any sort of documentation that be relevant to the case. Including witness statements. Sometimes those are in the police reports." "Who collects those witness statements?" "Usually that would be the police department." "What impact does the quality of a police investigation have on your ability to determine manner of death?" "Objection." "Overruled." "It...sorry...it can effect the way we do the manner because you know we are dependent on other agencies to provide information. If we don't get sufficient information or all the information we may not be able to ascertain the correct manner of death."

Within this new regulation proposal, it appears the POST Commission is seeking to close the loophole that the City of Boston used to avoid sanctioning Boston PD Commissioner Michael Cox at Attorney Alan Jackson’s request. Jackson sent a letter to Boston’s Mayor Michelle Wu and to POST Director Enrique Zuniga one year ago on 10/27/25. In the letter, he called for Cox to be added to the Brady List and for POST to initiate a full disciplinary review, after it was proven that Cox lied to the media and the public on video about his knowledge of one of his own officers, Kelly Dever’s, involvement in the Karen Read case. Even though POST defines the Commissioner as a law enforcement officer who shall face the same sanctions for misconduct, the City of Boston told them that pursuant to their own regulations, Commissioner Cox is an executive civilian, not a “sworn law enforcement officer.”🙄

I truly hope you are the first one to be subpoenaed, for defaming and slandering @KarenRead (after she was found NG with 2nd degree murder and Manslaughter, in two different Trials). If and When this should happen, make no mistake, we will be enjoying watching you, eat your own words up. You are the obsessive-bitter one. We all will get answers for John’s murder. Once we do, this Officer will be able to rest peacefully in peace. PS-Let’s make no mistake, all of your buddies were in cahoots, and Drunk at 34 Fairview that night. They know what happened! Your accusations/rumors against many including me, get you nowhere. You belong behind bars like the grizzly animal you are.

The text thread recordings below are a few of Kevin Alberts text messages w/ John O’Keefe, and others, over the years. (Blue is Kevin Albert in all) Further down on this post is a full list of everyone at CPD in 2021 🙌🏼 * remember this date as you read on. Lelsey Davis visited Canton PD on Feb. 5th 2021, reporting Matthew Farwell was involved w/ Sandra and w/ her death. No record of that report exists. 9/14/2018 - A text thread begins with Kevin Albert naming Helena Rafferty of CPD as the Deputy that deals with s3x offenders in Canton. Helena would take that role with her all through to 2021, until she retired. (screenshot 1) 3/5/2021 - A text thread begins with John & Kevin. Detective Kevin Albert helps John identify some dealers on his street, in Canton, off the books 3/31/2021 - Kevin starts a group chat with “chip” AKA Michael Proctor MSP and Sean Goode of Canton PD. (Screenshot 2) What I garnered from both these threads, was that right in between all these text dates was the date 2/5/2021 when Sandra’s best friend walked into the Canton Police Department, right up to the glass partition where desk/dispatch officers sat on the other side of, said she had important info, then dropped Farwells name as both the boyfriend of and possible suspect for Sandra’s death. Then that info just … d i s a p p e a r e d. This is a snapshot of what the Canton Police Department looked like from 1/1/2021-12/31/2021 👇🏼 Ken Berkowitz was CPD Chief Helena Rafferty was CPD Dep. Chf. Tom Keleher was CPD Lt./Dep. Chf. Patricia Sherrill CPD Lt./Dep. Chf. Charles Rae CPD Lieutenant Paul Gallagher CPD Lieutenant John "Johnny" Ruane CPD Det. Kevin Albert was CPD Detective Paul DiGiampietro Sgt./Detective Michael Lank CPD Sergeant Sean Goode CPD Sergeant Donald Stapleton CPD Officer Steven Saraf CPD Officer Kelly Dever CPD Officer Stephen Mullaney CPD Officer Anthony S. Pascarelli CPD Officer Ensley Cotard CPD Officer Johnathon McCourt CPD Officer Michael Brady CPD Officer Charles "Chip" Yeaton CPD Officer Eric Wade CPD Officer / K-9 James Galanis CPD Officer Pat Ward CPD Officer Ben Berkowitz CPD Officer Michael McDonald CPD Officer Sean Klimas CPD Officer Michael W. Chin CPD Officer Scott D. Connor CPD Officer Michael K. Daniels CPD Officer Edward R. Lehan Detail Officer Kenneth C. Drinan Detail Officer Christopher S. Sisto Reserve Off. Jonathan A. Sisto Reserve Off. Cheryl Baldwin F/T Dispatch at CPD Mary Lou Shaughnessy Admin. Dolores "Dee" Shannahan Admin. Jane O'Donnell Admin. Brian Higgins ATF (Remote CPD Office) Mathematically by rank in 2021, these patrol officers were likely on Station Desk rotation for admin support and walk-in civilian intake. ⬇️ Patrol Officers Steven Saraf, Ensley Cotard, Stephen Mullaney, Johnathon McCourt, and Michael Brady. And THEY👆🏼report… to THEM👇🏼 Sergeants Sean Goode, Paul DiGiampietro, and Michael Lank How far up did the information of or the knowledge of police misconduct or foul play go, in the Canton Police Department, pertaining to both Sandra Birchmore and John O’Keefe? …and how many people stopped and weighed what their actions were worth against the worth of an innocent “nobody’s” life - and valued their “good” reputation higher than a clear conscience 😥

Exactly one year ago today, after exhausting all my options to try and obtain a copy of my witness statement, I finally got it. I didn’t get it from the MSP or the DA. I got it from Alan Jackson.

⬇️⬇️⬇️ For those who called out the same type of conduct during Karen Read, the U.S. v. Matthew Farwell trial is proving that the MSP in CPAC at NCDAO will conspire to ignore, mishandle, or skew an investigation away from a potential murder suspect if that suspect is a cop.
attorney peter elikann asks the question everyone should be asking: “what is going on with the CANTON POLICE department, STOUGHTON POLICE department, MASSACHUSETTS STATE POLICE, and the NORFOLK DAs office ?” fix the toxic culture + stop the coverups - victims deserve justice !

Are we keeping track of how many people went DIRECTLY to Canton PD, the MSP, or the Norfolk County DA’s Office with concerns about what was happening to Sandra Birchmore? Because I think that’s a tally worth discussing. Sandra should be ALIVE today. And remind me, what’s that catchy little operation you’re currently promoting @MassStatePolice ???? Oh, right. Operation Wicked Safe. 🙄 Wicked safe for WHO, exactly? Because from where I’m sitting, the track record of protecting the vulnerable leaves a whole lot to be desired. I don’t know how you sleep at night.
"Did you reach out to any law enforcement?" "Yes, I called the state police. There was a posting that said you could call the state police and give information you know." "Did you call anyone else first?" "The Canton Police because that's where her apartment is." "Did you talk to someone from the state police?" "Yes." "And did you provide that person with information about Sandra?" "Yes." "Did the information you provided to state police related to Matthew Farwell?" "Yes."

Former United States Attorney for Massachusetts Joshua Levy sat next to me in Federal court as MSP Trooper Matt Dunne testified. This, I am told, is extraordinarily rare. Simply put, it doesn't happen. But sure... keep telling yourselves "the Feds are done". 🫶

How could it have been glass? Not only that, Dr. Scordi-Bello specifically mentions that the nose injury was an “abrasion” which is different than a laceration. So 2 different injuries to the face. Also, how does someone holding a glass get no cuts to the hand that is holding it but gets one above their eye?

Exactly. And it’s not debunked because Whiffin has yet to replicate it and Hyde says the reason for it being in a deleted state is “unknown”. BTW, who did Jen’s extraction?
Out of curiosity all my AFKR friends… If the “data is the data”, like Karen Read said, why does 227 not count? Is that not data? Unlike the techstream, which only reports RPMs instead of speed, has no timestamps or location data, and required an academic fraud to piece together a fantasy, 2:27 is very easy to understand. It’s the one piece of evidence that both Exonerates Karen, and makes some Mick-Albutts guilty. That’s why they can never accept it, because accepting it, opens the door to a prison. So, it’s one of their primary talking points, because it has to be.

Dan...Dan....Dan...... Before you blindly defend Michael Proctor, you might want to familiarize yourself with the actual timeline and evidence. Because your argument falls apart the moment you do. Alarm.com recorded a timestamp of 4:16 P.M. The drive from the Read residence to Canton takes approximately 43 minutes. Give him a full hour because of the storm, and that puts the SUV at the sally port around 5:00–5:15 P.M. So spare everyone the ridiculous argument that Proctor didn't have enough time. He had plenty. Now let's discuss the conveniently missing surveillance footage and the inverted video. The timestamp wasn't inverted along with the image. That raises legitimate questions about how the footage was processed, whether it was altered, and why portions are missing. But apparently, we're supposed to accept all of that without question because the Commonwealth says so? You have to manually adjust the time so it's not inverted with the rest of the video. It didn't magically do that it's self..... And here's what you conveniently overlook: They called in the SERT team, not a dedicated forensic crime scene team. Those are not interchangeable. The way that scene was searched, documented, and processed deserves serious scrutiny. There is a reason CSI was not called to the scene, and I am pretty sure you know why, just don't want to admit it. Now explain this, Dan: First responders were all over that yard. Walking, kneeling, walking, searching, and attempting to save John O'Keefe's life. Yet none reported stepping on or seeing red taillight fragments scattered across the snow. Gallagher was blowing snow all over the place, he was so proud of himself, blowing evidence all around the crime scene, disrupting any traces of foot prints or tire treads, anything that could have been useful. He thought his idea was brilliant!! They saw the small amount of blood droplets, red blood droplets on white snow...I mean, how could you miss it right? He even managed to located a CLEAR piece of cocktail glass in WHITE snow, but nobody noticed the RED taillight fragments supposedly scattered around the same area? Not while Gallagher was mastering the art of destroying evidence not while first responders were working on John. Not while they were standing around after John was taken away. Wouldn't they have noticed it then? It was under him, it allegedly cut his arm according to you. So where was it? Surely there would have been some surrounding his body right? But no one saw it. Not even before Jenn McCabe snuck into the house. Why? why didn't they see any? someone should have right? WRONG.....the taillight evidence wasn't reported until AFTER Proctor took possession of Karen Read's SUV. That's an extraordinary sequence of events, especially when combined with the missing footage, questionable video presentation, and evidence-handling concerns. The timeline is evidence. The missing footage is an issue. The absence of documented taillight discoveries by first responders is an issue. Evidence planting is a crime.....all these serious allegation deserve scrutiny, not blind dismissal. So, Dan..... skepticism isn't the problem here. Your willingness to accept the Commonwealth's narrative and Proctor's version of events without applying that same skepticism is the actual problem. Well, that and a State Police Trooper overestimating his ability to cover up a murder. Try fact checking the evidence before lecturing people and defending the actions of a disgraced MSP Trooper.
5:37:35 the SUV pulls into the Sallyport and for the first time someone is by the taillight. By 5:46 the piece of taillight is found on the lawn. Watch the video, there is not enough time to break it, pick it up, drive 4 mins and then Run Down the Street and Plant it.

‼️USA vs MATTHEW FARWELL‼️ An ALBERT?!? Well, of course. You can’t have a major trial in Massachusetts without at least one ALBERT on the witness list! Plus a nice little chart with pictures on the major players in this case. I love visuals.

When @TuesdayGazette and @theginnyjamz and @NonExpertWitnes and the others go over testimony tomorrow, do you think they will go over how Jen McCabe lied about stopping at 34 Fairview before going to Lank’s? And also how Kerry Robert’s said they didn’t and wouldn’t have gone by 34 Fairview because it wasn’t even on the way? The DATA shows otherwise.
