🚨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿David Moyes on Everton’s 2-0 defeat to Arsenal: 🗣️ “After the game, Barry told me he had never experienced this level of defensive quality before. What makes it even more impressive is that Arsenal’s defenders scored both goals. That shows the quality they have at the back. Their defenders don’t just stop the opposition scoring; they can win games too. Strong, intelligent, comfortable on the ball and a real threat from set pieces, they force you to deal with them both defensively and offensively, making Arsenal incredibly difficult to play against. For me, they probably have the best defence in world football right now. They can keep a clean sheet, control a game and have their defenders decide the result at the other end. That is what makes them so special. I don’t see many teams matching Arsenal’s level this season. Mikel Arteta has built a fantastic team with quality in every position, and they look even more dangerous because they have so many ways to win games. If they continue like this, I think Arsenal will win the Premier League again. They have the quality, the organisation and the mentality of champions.”
