Most people aren’t afraid of the truth. They are afraid of the isolation that comes with speaking it. If you are one of the few who still thinks for themselves, Would you please follow me? Lets to stick together.

The Trump Administration is PROTECTING American taxpayers.
Fraudsters will now face real consequences and will think long and hard before attempting to steal from the American people.
Equal access is our constitutional right. No American, in any state, should have to ask for it as a favor, and I should not have to ask for it twice.

The days of paying first and chasing criminals later are OVER.
Stop the money before it leaves Washington. Reward the tipsters who help us find it. Send the fraudsters' names to Treasury and the IRS.
That's how you win the War on Fraud.

Subject: Urgent Request for Investigation into OSC Case Records, Altered Decisions, and Suppressed Reports
Dear FBI Team,
I am formally requesting your assistance to investigate systemic failures, misconduct, and potential criminal activity surrounding the handling of my submissions to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC). These failures directly impact whistleblower protections, Medicaid oversight, and public accountability.
Issues to Investigate
1. Case Numbers and Records Management

DI-25-000379

2. Anonymity and Lack of Accountability in Decision-Making
Unsigned Determination Letters:Many determination letters from OSC lack identifiable signatures, names, or clear authorship.
This practice raises serious concerns about accountability and compliance with transparency laws.
3. Suppressed or Altered Records
Evidence suggests discrepancies between the whistleblower reports I submitted and how they were recorded or handled by OSC.
Specific issues include:Alterations or removal of content from submitted complaints.
Suppression of reports that exposed systemic failures in Medicaid oversight and retaliation against whistleblowers.
4. Lack of FOIA Compliance
Despite repeated Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, OSC and related agencies have failed to provide:Complete case files and communication logs.
Justification for withheld or redacted information.
Clear timelines for compliance.
Specific Questions to Investigate
Who is Responsible for Managing These Records?Identify the individuals, teams, or automated systems involved in creating, altering, and assigning these case numbers and reports.
What Decisions Were Made and Why?Determine how decisions were reached, why some reports were closed without action, and why letters were sent anonymously.
Were There Violations of Federal Law?Investigate potential obstruction of justice, retaliation, or misuse of authority under whistleblower protection laws and FOIA.
Key Agencies and Officials Involved
This matter spans multiple federal and state agencies, including:
Office of Special Counsel (OSC)
Department of Justice (DOJ)
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
Office of Inspector General (OIG)
Why This Matters
Whistleblower Protections:Retaliation against whistleblowers and suppression of reports undermine federal protections designed to safeguard transparency and accountability.
Impact on Vulnerable Populations:These failures harm Medicaid consumers, particularly those with disabilities, by allowing systemic mismanagement to persist unchecked.
Misuse of Taxpayer Funds:Lack of oversight and accountability results in waste and misuse of federal funds meant to serve the public.
Requested Actions
Investigate Record Management:Audit all OSC records, emails, and internal communications related to these case numbers.
Identify responsible individuals or systems.
Subpoena Additional Evidence: Secure all suppressed or altered reports to ensure a complete and accurate investigation.
Hold Accountable Those Involved in Misconduct:Recommend prosecution or disciplinary action for any individuals found to have violated federal laws.
Ensure Compliance with FOIA and Whistleblower Protections: Mandate OSC and related agencies to comply fully with FOIA requests and whistleblower laws.
Attachments
I have attached all available documentation, including:
Correspondence with OSC, including determination letters and emails.
FOIA requests and responses (or lack thereof).
Detailed reports submitted to OSC and other federal agencies.
This issue demands immediate attention to uphold the principles of transparency, accountability, and justice. I am available to provide additional information or documentation as needed.
Sincerely,
David Medeiros

The challenges we face today demand more than acknowledgment—they require action, collaboration, and a unified commitment to solutions. Together, we must embrace transparency, accountability, and compassion as the foundation of our efforts. By fostering open communication, prioritizing the needs of the most vulnerable, and holding systems accountable, we can rebuild trust and ensure equitable outcomes for all.
Solutions lie in unity—when state and federal leaders, advocates, and communities work hand in hand to uphold justice and fairness. Transparency through accessible Freedom of Information processes, adherence to legal mandates, and robust oversight are the pillars that support meaningful change. Each of us has a role to play in creating a system that serves and protects.
Our collective mission is clear: to build bridges between agencies and communities, ensure the dignity of every individual, and honor the principles that guide us toward progress. Together, with determination and unity, we can overcome systemic failures and pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive future.

SNAP's annual budget exceeds $100 billion; the uncovered fraud represents under 0.5% of that, while USDA's FY2024 payment error rate was 10.93%, totaling roughly $10 billion in improper payments nationwide.
.@AGToddBlanche puts the scale of our SNAP FRAUD CRACKDOWN in perspective.
In just 7 weeks, @TheJusticeDept and our law enforcement partners uncovered $42 MILLION in SNAP fraud — enough to feed 220,000 Americans for an entire month.
The War on Fraud continues. 🇺🇸
The effort involves CMS, FBI, HHS OIG, and NYPD, shifting from reactive "pay and chase" to proactive crackdowns on Medicaid billing for non-attendees, deceased individuals, and kickbacks.
Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the DOJ under the Trump administration, announces proactive steps by her division to safeguard election integrity ahead of November elections.
In America, every citizen’s vote should count, and they should have confidence in the outcome of our elections. On 60 min, I shared that the @CivilRights Division @TheJusticeDept is taking proactive action this Nov., and beyond, to ensure election integrity for all Americans!
America is improving at building this unity under the current administration.
This aligns with a wider 2026 federal effort under the Trump administration's White House Fraud Task Force, where multiple agency OIGs pledge to prioritize benefits for law-abiding Americans and aggressively prosecute fraud.

ScottBradyPA, Executive Director of the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud and former Trump US Attorney, posted about the arrest of Atlanta rapper/influencer "Shawty Dred" (Mercedes Reshard New) for allegedly stealing ~$4M in SNAP benefits intended for low-income families.
FBI Director Kash Patel announced the arrest of ex-officials Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides for allegedly lying to Congress in 2023 about the Foreign Influence Task Force's (FITF) involvement in Hunter Biden laptop investigations, contradicted by emails, communications, and witnesses.
Two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden.
The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force.
Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations. Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony.
Floris is also on record privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the FITF.
Lying to Congress by senior FBI officials strikes at the heart of our system. No one is above the law.
The FBI has already dismantled the corrupt CR-15 squad that engaged in political weaponization targeting their opponents, including President Trump.
